Exceptional Assistance When It Mattered Most
I want to express my sincere appreciation to Michael Sithole for his outstanding assistance. I was really struggling with my registration and feeling the pressure as the closing date approached. Michael went above and beyond to help me and ensured everything was completed in time before the closing date, which made a huge difference. His support, professionalism, and willingness to assist truly stood out. Thank you, Michael, for your excellent service and for easing what was a very stressful situation. Highly recommended!

Unsatisfactory Experience with JustMoney
After settling my Capitec and Woolworths debts in May 2023, I discovered that JustMoney continued collecting Credit Life Insurance payments tied to those accounts, despite the policies being meant only for active debts. When I raised the issue in January 2026 and provided all required documentation, my complaint was stalled with minimal communication even after escalation to a manager, Newton Stepahnus. If I hadn’t checked my Debt Busters statement, I would have kept paying unnecessarily. Based on this poor service and lack of accountability, I cannot recommend JustMoney.

Lyla Morris is a professional agent who does not become emotional when confronted with a frustrated customer. She is able to conduct herself professionally irrespective of the unfavorable message she has to communicate to the customer. She is also well informed and knowledgeable in her area of work, and she easily makes one understand the reasons behind the decision taken.
