I filled a complaint with the customer interaction team where the pump mechanism on their lotion did not work. Received this arrogant response, “While the pump mechanism is incomplete, the product itself remains perfectly safe and effective to use by un*****ing the cap.” The product is designed to be used with the pump mechanism, show some respect for your consumers! Last time I will buy any of your poorly made products.
Service is terrible. I took an extended warranty on my Samsung dishwasher. It has a leak and the outlet hose needs replacing. It has been 2 weeks and no feedback on when the part will arrive. They ignore my calls and emails.
I have been trying for over a month to cancel my extended warranty and receive a refund, the documents have been emailed to them on 5 occasions but they have still requested proof of payment. Proof of payment was sent 3 times before. They cannot understand the vehicle was paid for in full and the extended warranty was in the price of the vehicle, it has been itemized on the invoice. This is clear delay tactics trying to make me lose hope and stop trying to get a refund! Such a dishonest organization. No wonder the vast majority of your reviews are 1 star!! I also blame organizations like Toyota for using the services of these dishonest companies...do a Hello Peter check first Toyota...
Requested a licence renewal on 21/06/2022. It is now one month later and still no sign of the licence with my old one expired and the grace period lapsed. Please don’t use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before using them.
I purchased a patio set from the Ballito store and was told by the salesperson that this item was new and would not go on black Friday sales. Today I see the item on sale on their website. My order has not been delivered so I would like to cancel the order due to misleading information. The customer service team asked the Ballito store manager to contact me to discuss the reduced price, however she did not contact me. I called the store on two occasions eventually getting through to the manager who is not willing to cancel my order, despite me not receiving any confirmation that my order has been dispatched. It has not been delivered and I should be allowed a full refund. Unacceptable customer service from everyone involved in the process.
