Travelstart and Airlink scammed me for R3800. Travelstart claimed that my credit card details could not be varified and allowed me 1 1 /2 hours to pay by EFT or loose the booking. I refused. Meanwhile 5 transactions were already allocated to my credit card to make up the amount! Beware!!!
Worst experience ever! Made a booking on behalf of my In-laws. Payment was made by credit card. Received a booking reference stating that the E ticket is being processed. Checked my account and 5 seperate amounts were taken to make up the transaction. It did show pending, but the full amount was allocated from my funds. 3 hours hours later an email was sent stating that the transaction could not be completed as my credit card details could not be verified. They now demanded EFT payment within 1 1/2 hours to avoid cancelation of the booking! I only received this mail the next morning as our network was compromised due to loadshedding. I contacted them and they stated that the amount charged to my credit card will only be refunded within 72 hours! They now demanded EFT payment within 24 hours to avoid the booking being cancelled. I refused, as I had already reimbursed my In-laws from other funds. I contacted my bank and they confirmed fraudulent activity on my account. I had to cancel the card!
Your service agencies are ruining your reputation! Worst service ever by Mustek. Do not buy any products that are serviced or repaired by this company. My Mercer inverter was purchased new and had issues after 7 months. I contacted them and was referred to Mustek. A week later I called and was informed that the booking was not even completed and that there is no further follow-up. They have an enormous backlog and cannot say when my inverter will receive attention. The service receipt issued also states: " The customer shall be obliged to collect any products within 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery or book in at the Mustek Front Counter." I shall therefore collect my property within the 30-day period and purchase a new product from another brand in the meantime.

Poor online order service. The courier service is also pathetic and unprofessional! 7 working days since the order was placed and no delivery! Won't order online from them again. Maybe my name is too light in colour.
Do not do any business with this company! Apparently, they closed down a few years ago. I purchased an inverter and batteries in December 2021 following a Facebook adverti*****t. They insisted on upfront payment. I contacted FNB and eventually opened a fraud case. A week later the product was delivered with an inferior Battery box. Promises were made that the correct box would be delivered by April 2022. It never happened. The batteries had also deteriorated at this stage. The batteries are branded Enertec. I contacted Enertec, supplied the batch numbers on the batteries, and was advised that it was not their batteries. The Enertec labels on the batteries are fake!
Telkom and Trudon are a bunch of chancers. After paying my final Telkom account that was handed over for collection after I refused to pay for non-service from Telkom in 2020, I "thought" that this nightmare was over. I now received a demand from NuDebt that I still owe Trudon for "services" dating back to 2020. It appears that Telkom did not inform Trudon that my Telkom account has been closed. I understood at the time that Trudon charges were added to my Telkom account. Trudon claims that they sent statements to my e-mail address that was terminated in 2017, although they corresponded with me as late as 2019 on my current e-mail address. Received an update from Trudon today and an immediate SMS from NuDebt to settle my outstanding account immediately. Now I am going to be blacklisted again!!
Paid them R2856 on 03/07/2020. Never heard from them again. Fraudsters!
