both my kids have been to teddy bears Montesorri and both had a great experienced and have never been unhappy. Preshanie and the other teachers always take such great care of our kids. The kids have a happy routine and everyone is given the attention they need. I would not consider any other school for my kids. Thank you Preshanie and the team for taking such great care of our kids
If I could give a zero rating I would. Vodacom is not worth the stress and frustration they will cause you. They will con you into taking contracts and end up charging you more than you agreed to. Just to get you signed onto a contract that you cannot get out of. I would not recommend making use of any of their services. I’ve been scammed into upgrading befor the time now causing me to have to pay double and they refuse to rectify it !!! They sent me messages from September telling me I’m due for an upgrade and when I eventually upgraded in Feb I now see that I’m going to pay double because the previous contract is not over yet! They see my messages here on hello Peter and send the usual standard response they give everyone, that a consultant will contact you , which never happens and they get away with stealing peoples hard earned money! Do yourself a favor don’t subscribe to anything Vodacom related. I’ve been a customer with them for so many years and this is what they end up doing to me. I will fight until all of my services are canceled with this peace of **** provider
This is not the first time I have been scammed by Vodacom into a contract, and quite frankly I have had enough! I have received sms’s from Vodacom since last year September, every single month telling me that I am due for an upgrade, we are now in the month of February and I’ve been on the waiting list to receive an iPhone 14, which finally came to the i store so me assuming I’m way past my upgrade date I went and got the phone through I store, now only to find out I’ve signed up for this new contract and I’m still paying off the previous one ! So why the HELL does vodacom want to trick their customers into upgrading before the time? Because they end up getting away with more money!!! This is not the first time I was previously contacted by an agent telling me one of my other lines was due for an upgrade and made me an offer of less than what I was paying at the moment, only for end of the month to come and I see that is not the case , in fact I was paying more! Vodacom will do anything to trick people into taking contracts with them and when the money comes off your account it’s not what you originally agreed to! When you contact the call center they just say unfortunately you still have to pay! This is abuse !!! I have been a customer with Vodacom for so many year and this is the treatment I get! Now stuck paying a bill that I never budgeted for and I cannot afford! Well Vodacom I hope you feel good about yourself taking money from a mother that has kids to feed! Don’t waste your money with vodacom, they’ll just end up scamming you to pay something you did not agree to pay ! Worst customer service ever!!!
This company is a scam do not use! I ordered stationary in December 2022 and have been given the run around since, I still have not received it, the person in charge keeps giving excuses and and lies that do not make sense! She told me that my order was delivered to the school on the 21st and no such a thing happened. This is not the only complaint other parents have been affected too. Don’t waste your time with this scam of a company!!!
I called on the 8th of April requesting my services to be canceled because as much as I’m paying for WiFi it never works! The lady Joslyn said she would escalate my query and the cancellation department will contact me within 24-48 hours to cancel, even confirmed my address to come collect the router. Today the 22nd of April I call back to confirm that the cancellation is going ahead, lo and behold nothing has been done on my account and no cancellation has been scheduled!!! When I asked to be put through to the cancellation department they say they cannot do that I now need to wait another 24-48 hours for the “nonexistent” cancellation department to get back to me. I proactively contacted rain in the beginning of the month to avoid being debited again because I have had to subscribe to another WiFi provider because this stupid 5G never works! And now at the end of the month they tell me my services have not been scheduled to cancel! Which means I’m not going to be billed again for something that doesn’t work! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time getting useless service from this useless provider!!! I am extremely upset!!!
I am a vehicle dealer that has experience bad service from the branch in pretoria on viewing a 2015 polo tsi that I had want to purchase ,I have purchased alot of vehicles from the midrand and jhb branch with no issue except the pretoria branch , I have notified thando she said ok it's not a problem so 3 to 4 working days later I explain I have to cancel due to not having enough to pay yet I buy 2 other vehicles between the same time , I'm preparing to buy more vehicles today when I look they have just taken my deposit, I am told it's for canceling no warning no email or call they just take your R5000 ,yet I was able to bid last week Friday and pay now they are demanding another deposit in order to bid personally it's terrible service, it is the first time I canceled and informed them immediately of the issue Theres nothing I can do that's what I'm basically told So frustrating working with business that feel they can just take ,unfair business practice ,2500 handling fee ,2500 on the road fees yet they just register to you which cost R500 And then 5000 deposit which they just take if you "breach contract as they say"
I applied for a bond in March 2021. My bond was approved and we just needed to go through with registration. Later it was found out that the seller owed the municipality **** and the registration couldn’t go through it’s been a back and forth since then 7months later. It was found out that the owner hasn’t been paying the bank even though we’ve been paying occupational rent and now we have found out that the property will be going on auction on the 12th of November, I am staying on this property I’ve spent so much on this property,there is still a signed offer on this house it has not been canceled but now the house is going on auction?? What am I supposed to do now my family stays on this property. I’ve tried to contact FNB I’ve spoken to the lawyers representing the bank they say they cannot help me, they escalated the query to Andre Erasmus in the FNB bond division and he just says he cannot help us! What kind of service is this from FNB, all we want is to be able to purchase our house that we now stay in before it gets auctioned and they just choose to turn a blind eye. I have been an FNB client for years my first account was opened with FNB and this is the thanks I get. I would not recommend FNB if you are applying for a bond rather go elsewhere!! Extremely disappointed!
I would not recommend Remax if you are a first time buyer. Actually I would not recommend them at all!! I was crooked into putting in an offer for a house that had no COC , the previous owner owed over half a million to the municipality and the estate agent (Derek Ravenscroft) did not disclose any of this information, I’m assuming he didn’t bother to do any kind of checks. All he was interested in was getting his commission, he put pressure on us to provide all our info to get the bond approval, but when the process was handed over to the transfer lawyers the whole process haulted , we had already moved in and started paying occupational rent. The process started in March and we moved in by June because I was 8 months pregnant and wanted to be settled before the baby came. We are now almost in October and still stuck because the owner cannot settle his debt and the process can’t go further if that’s not done. Derek is nowhere to be seen and doesn’t take our calls. He doesn’t even have the decency to assist us in finding a new home, even after we spent close to 50k on upgrades on a house that we will not own. We will never get our money back! But Derek lives on conning people and making a lot of money doing so! Save yourself and don’t deal with Remax they are a bunch of crooks!!! The point of earning your commission is to actually do the damn job.
