Hello my name is Humbulani Masupa Aluminiums 072-268-4557 from Tembisa. In the beginning of January 2026 I took my White Range Rover Sport reg no:CX06FBGP to car service city next to tiger brands in Midrand for an engine overhaul. They said beggining of Feb I will get my car and it never happened. End of February they said it will be ready still nothing. Now we are approaching end of March still stories and empty promises. I phoned Car Service City head office on 011 883 3687 during Feb to complain and was told the car will be ready last Friday 20 march and the branch asked for extension till last Monday 23 February 2026. I then phoned the head office again today 25 March 2026 and spoke to Lerato Maake(black) who was very rude and didn't want to give me her names then Lucy(coloured) again took my call on follow up and she became rude and also refused to give the adress of where the head office is situated so that I can go there in person. I have incurred close to an amount of 37k loss while that car is in their possession. I was initially charged 39k before they open the engine then skyrocketed to 96k of which they required a deposit of 65k of which I paid and they wanted 18k on top of which I refused but they leave my car and be busy with other cars that are coming everyday. I'm not happy with the Midrand branch service as well the car service city head office's rude personel Lerato Maake and Lucy and I need a very urgent solution to my Range Rover as I feel like the branch in Midrand is not working on my car speedily like they are doing with other cars.
I bought a car Mazda 2009 BT50 NSC10534 diesel auto in Petermaritzburg. I live in Gauteng and I travelled to go fetch it. I then bought it cash(No test drive was done) and on my way back the car started overheating after 250km of driving. I the checked and found that it mixed oil and water and the turbo is failing and making it to smoke too much. I asked for a towing truck and tow it 370km to jhb at my residence. The following day I phoned the sales guy and told him I got stuck and he said he will give his Manager's number but he did not. It's been three weeks calling the Webuycars call centre number and was told to take the car to any RMI approved workshop of wich I did and the car quotation was over 50k and I'm told Moluleki will call me back and he hasn't bothered to call. My reference number is 136969. My alluminium Bussiness is stuck because I have a useless bakkie parked
I went to the Bradlows Store in Mall of Tembisa and bought a ***hi/brown colour sofa and to be delivered at my home in Venda as Im working in jhb Tembisa. The sofa was delivered at my village in venda but the colour was wrong. I 9nly discovered on December when I went home for holidays. I immediately complained and was told that's the sofa I chose. To my suprise the sofa the delivered is not even at the store. How would I have chosen a sofa colour that I ddnt view. I complained at the head office and spoke to Mehluri 2026/01/28 @16h00 who said there's nothing she can do. I must see what to do
I understand other customers frustrations. You cannot keep each of an every person happy. I'm a happy old customer and will buy with No Finance Cars again and again. Portia👍👍 from Boksburg No finance Cars is the best in customer service.
My name is Humbulani Masupa from Tembisa and a customer at No Cars Finance in Boksburg. I took my White Nissan Np300 reg:DC82SPGP to be repaired a petrol pump and a handbrake Malfunctioning. Portia from Car Care department handled my account and repair along with her Manager Moosa. My car was serviced and I only paid R344.im still shocked but as a happy customer I advice people to go to Portia from Car Care in Boksburg branch for the service of their cars.
