I've been a loyal customer for good 4 years. I've made 6 purchases from them. I first purchased an iphone 7 Plus. In 4 Months of using it just died. I had to sell it for parts. I then purchased an HP Laptop which also months later just died and didn't switch on. I then notified them they took it in and realized they sold me a faulty one and opted to replace it with another one. The battery had died, they knew it was dead whilst the previous one they took was functional without being used on charger. They pretended to not being aware that the battery was dead and kept insisting I should charge it. They then sent me R250 to purchase a charger lol. Stupid me I know.i then bought a Samsung A04 and Iphone 7 which were completely okay. Recently I bought another laptop and an iphone 7. Telle why the laptop just died again. I am aware the battery died and bought it as it is but why 8 months later it does. Tried calling for good two weeks. I was met with excuses that they are on lunch, it's out of warranty. I sent an email, Tanya responded, tryna give me the idea I'll be assisted but eventually she stopped responding to my emails. The iphone 7 screen has been acting up since I purchased the phone. NOTE: with my previous purchase, I wrote a review and they made me delete it. I guess they want potential customers have the idea that they sell very quality devices whilst it's the opposite. So BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. They disposing electronic devices that are faulty buy selling to us. Very Disappointed with them as I'd refer my clients(from my small business ) to purchase from them.
I have never opened an account with you but my credit report shows 16 defaulted accounts that amount to R122784. Please explain to me how is this possible. I am told different names and addresses fall under each account. I'm taking this further. Your employees are doing ***** with our ID numbers.
Placed an order on the 4th, and money was debited in my account. Did not receive some items. Waited for a refund. Today it's the 12th, did not receive anything. I called pnp daily, went to the branch,contacted my bank which they do say pnp has to refund me. Every person I could get hold of ****. "Oh there's no money here ask your bank, oh will tell finance to release your funds, oh will send you authorization letter so you ask your bank to refund you".PATHETIC I've used Spar and never encountered such. It was my first using pnp asap and they are a *****ster. Save your self and use checkers/spar. Pnp got refunds complains on all socials. #4000434919 that was the order number you *****.
I've ordered from them a countless times and they always deliver what I ordered and also refunded Me in time when certain items weren't in stock 💯
I spoke to a consultant and Agreed on Getting Samsung A22. Fine my phone got delivered in 7 days but it was a wrong phone Samsung P smart 2021. Had to accept it but now I don't Know how much I have to pay and we agreed that I'll be paying for 24 months but now it's for 36 months as I inquired with Mtn.. Why do you guys sell us lies.. I need to Know how much I'll be debited every month
