I initially purchased a S21 through the site then changed my mind. The S21 arrived within 2 working days and I returned it which was handled smoothly by Nico and his team. I then opted to purchase a S22 and it was delivered over the weekend which was a suprise because they usually don't deliver on weekends. The device came in better condition than expected and I'm appreciative of how Nico and his team handled my situation.

Bought a bread maker. It was delivered on the 5th of may 2026. Tried baking on the 10th of May 2026. It didnt even finish baking my bread and died. And they claim to test and properly grade these products. I am so dissapointed, thought i was going to buy more products from them but im running. I wonder will the microwave last long its also been here since 4th may 2026. I feel so ********** and wish I had checked reviews before finding myself in this situation

I've been a loyal customer for good 4 years. I've made 6 purchases from them. I first purchased an iphone 7 Plus. In 4 Months of using it just died. I had to sell it for parts. I then purchased an HP Laptop which also months later just died and didn't switch on. I then notified them they took it in and realized they sold me a faulty one and opted to replace it with another one. The battery had died, they knew it was dead whilst the previous one they took was functional without being used on charger. They pretended to not being aware that the battery was dead and kept insisting I should charge it. They then sent me R250 to purchase a charger lol. Stupid me I know.i then bought a Samsung A04 and Iphone 7 which were completely okay. Recently I bought another laptop and an iphone 7. Telle why the laptop just died again. I am aware the battery died and bought it as it is but why 8 months later it does. Tried calling for good two weeks. I was met with excuses that they are on lunch, it's out of warranty. I sent an email, Tanya responded, tryna give me the idea I'll be assisted but eventually she stopped responding to my emails. The iphone 7 screen has been acting up since I purchased the phone. NOTE: with my previous purchase, I wrote a review and they made me delete it. I guess they want potential customers have the idea that they sell very quality devices whilst it's the opposite. So BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. They disposing electronic devices that are faulty buy selling to us. Very Disappointed with them as I'd refer my clients(from my small business ) to purchase from them.

Booked a collection for my laptop and everything seemed fine at first. On the actual day of collection, they suddenly cancel with no proper warning or accountability. I had already taken the time to reset and prepare the device, only to have my time completely wasted. What makes it worse is how they hide behind terms and conditions instead of taking responsibility. Important clauses are buried instead of being clearly communicated upfront, which feels very misleading. I chose them based on good reviews, but this experience was the complete opposite. Poor communication, unprofessional handling, and zero consideration for the customer’s time. Would not recommend at all.

Contacted the sales team. They offered me a more than fair value for my item. Courier arrived next day. Item was evaluated within 3 days. Confirmed it was in the condition, as I described initially. Received the full amount as per their original offer via EFT. I am in a diffferent province. The entire process was sorted in 6 working days. Truly professional and an absolute pleasure to do a deal with. Highly recommended.

I then book for it at IPhone store for repair, the respond was they can not fix such phone because the serial no on the device does not match the device on hand. The serial no was saying the device is silver whilst the device was blue.

I don't want to lie, I was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I decided to go through with the purchase. Placed my order on wednesday morning and now friday afternoon I have my S23 Ultra. They kept me updated through the whole process. 10/10 will buy from them again
