Absolutely terrible experience.
Booked a collection for my laptop and everything seemed fine at first. On the actual day of collection, they suddenly cancel with no proper warning or accountability. I had already taken the time to reset and prepare the device, only to have my time completely wasted. What makes it worse is how they hide behind terms and conditions instead of taking responsibility. Important clauses are buried instead of being clearly communicated upfront, which feels very misleading. I chose them based on good reviews, but this experience was the complete opposite. Poor communication, unprofessional handling, and zero consideration for the customer’s time. Would not recommend at all.

WORST SERVICE EVER BY RAJ MAHARAJ. ARROGANT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. BECAUSE I SENT A MESSAGE JUST BEFORE 10PM THE GUY TOOK OF WITH ME. TOLD ME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL COMPLAIN TO HIS BOSS. HE SENT ME THE OFFICE NUMBER AND STATED "DO YOU THINK IM AFRAID? YOU CAN COME TO MY OFFICE WITH BANNERS TO PROTEST" SERVICE LEVELS AT PRIME PROPERTY ARE DISGRACEFUL. PEOPLE INVEST SO MUCH OF MONEY WITH YOUR'LL , WE DON'T DESERVE THIS TREATMENT.
