RAJ MAHARAJ PRIME PROPERTY
WORST SERVICE EVER BY RAJ MAHARAJ. ARROGANT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. BECAUSE I SENT A MESSAGE JUST BEFORE 10PM THE GUY TOOK OF WITH ME. TOLD ME TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL COMPLAIN TO HIS BOSS. HE SENT ME THE OFFICE NUMBER AND STATED "DO YOU THINK IM AFRAID? YOU CAN COME TO MY OFFICE WITH BANNERS TO PROTEST" SERVICE LEVELS AT PRIME PROPERTY ARE DISGRACEFUL. PEOPLE INVEST SO MUCH OF MONEY WITH YOUR'LL , WE DON'T DESERVE THIS TREATMENT.

Terrible service
I was charged me for twice for a lease agreement fee. I made the administrator aware of this via a telephonic conversation. She promised to consult and call back of which she hasn't done so. I then sent an email on the 2nd of December and another one to follow up till this day there hasn't been a response. Prime property is very good at communicating when they want your business but as soon as they have it one is treated like trash!!!

Terrible service
I was charged me for twice for a lease agreement fee. I made the administrator aware of this via a telephonic conversation. She promised to consult and call back of which she hasn't done so. Bad customer service
Prime property has the worst customer service on 2018 September I was billed incorrectly for my electricity. They have been telling me that I will be refunded every month I call. Even today when I call I have been told I will get feedback.. It's been 5 months without any feedback..

Before renting a house i am judged by my religion.
I am absolutely disgusted and offended at the unprofessional service from Faraz. I requested to view a house and was told the landlord only wants “Christian tenants” i was offended, however that is they own choice. His being the agent took a different approach I felt really offended by his response. He was unprofessional and let his personal views get in the way. When i told him.. i am muslim and asked if thats a problem.. he replied “ no comment”. I wish I could upload the conversation.

<p>I would like to thank Prime Properties especial Celine for the excellent support and excellent customer service.</p> <p>She also provided timely and helpful advice regarding the best property we were purchasing. She let me know all the important information regarding the best areas to look for in Newcastle. We relocated from Durban to Newcastle and we had little knowledge of the area and with her advice and superior customer service she manage to guide us through, and we will forever be grateful for her unconditional support and excellent service . <br /> She has a caring approach and she is a true professional. Please accept my gratitude towards her and Prime Property staff for their speedy and efficient services. We were able to move in to our dream home within months and thanks to their attentive and alert presence. I would especially like to commend Celine and Prime Propeties for her professionalism and superlative s****s</p>
