I wish there was an option for 0 stars, Its time their Management start looking on FB to see how bad the service are, I have been waiting a week on their whats app for an agent to call, send 2 mails, no response. Called you hold on for 901 years and then they drop the call, I am sharing Devi Govendor email address with all of the people on fb complaining and we will all send mails to get this excuse for a service shown for what they actually are Useless and no assistance, people ar left stranded, and had bus tickets with them for another bus that already left but due to their driver messing around taking wrong turns. Instead of arriving at a stop at 5h45 in the morning they arrive at 15h00 in the afternoon, missed their 6h30 bus and then got told its not their problem. We are reporting you to Devi and hope they make one big TV show and we also reporting you to the Consumer Protection We will go as far as we can, we missed our buss because of you and we want our money back !!! This is only the beginning and definitely not an empty promise. No one will use your service again, we will rather use Intercape in future. T
We cant complain about the service because there aren't any service !! As always no help, 3 emails since before 2, paid the account and still the wifi is off, where are the big bosses ? Axxess use to be the best now I am rather starting to search for a new service provider. And the best part, I manage about 27 Sassa pensioners accounts with them...and I am taking them all away, and soon others will also start leaving, I paid one's account just after 1 today, immediately send the proof of payment, and then another mail around just after 4 and another not long after that, and to no surprise the wifi is still off, and I send it to 4 different departments. I will search for these owners until I find them and ask them to come check the reviews ....if they even care. If this was me, and my company had bad reviews like this since early 2024...I would seriously start investigating...its not the service its some of the useless employees......they want a salary but honestly dont want to work for it.....I can say alot more, but I will keep some of it for the big bosses.. let me see if I cna find them on LinkedIn 🙂someone need to start doing something and its ain't the managers 🤭🤭
After they send me a message to assist with WiFi, changing from MTN to Vodacom, they would have send the new Sim on the 23rd of Feb already, now NO Sim received, no response to what's app, when we joined they would jump to assist, now they ignore you for as long as possible....seriously becoming Useless with a Capital J. I will start looking at a new service provider. I send you a lot of customers and I will be taking them all where I go next .
I can't even give them one star. I just send a mail.to Shein to show how they lie on mails regarding where your parcel is. Next week would be a month and still no parcel. They ignore your chats they ignore calls and just lie on mails. They are the worst of the worst. I have logged a Ticket to Shein and advise that I won't order if I get them again as a provider, they are Useless with a capital J. I am just over this never had these issues with Imile. They should maybe start looking at a DSV or a new provider as they will loose clients very quick
In the beginning this was awesome services, with no complaints. Now we can't complaint about a service as there are no service. I asked for a location of a parcel this morning as it's urgent stock I am waiting for....I was told it's in transit, I advised that I can see on the tracking it's been in transit since Monday, I got quite a sarcastic reply saying that's is not like a bakkie they can track it's a truck....so how do they track their vehicles then ? Bakkie can be tracked but not the trucks. On top of that I have send over 35 Pudo Parcels the past month, and so many issues with the pin codes and messages not received...I have another what's app conversation we're what they say and what the tracking says are so different....is the tracking the issue ? Or is some of the staff an issue? It feels like you disturbing when having a query instead of getting the support any person deserves. Time to start shop around, I will rather pay more and get service than having to get these type of answers when asking for assistance.

Useless....do I say more ? Every month end you can't access your bank account but you need to pay debit....guess what, I will be closing my account with you today and rather move to Nedbank. I am truly over Capitec after 11 year....
I have never been more disappointed with Samsung as I am today....I bought a new phone cash in December, the phone did look a bit bended but it didn't really worry me as I needed a phone urgently and the phone was working perfectly well, no issues, as long as I remember I only use Samsung. 2 months ago my phone just died, couldn't switch it on nothing, I thought let me contact Samsung and find out what to do, I was referred to a shop, then I receive the quote and a call.....I bended the phone and that's why it's not working, I must be hulk to bend a Samsung A32 like that as I am a tiny human they expect me to pay almost R 6 000.00 to fix the phone that is currently selling for R 4 500.00 and a 250 rand charge for their time to check the phone. The labour alone is 530, this is crazy, I had to buy a new phone, and yes it's Samsung again. But I am truly disappointed with Samsung as they didn't even give me a chance to explain that it's been bended since December. Just referred me, I am not paying that money I will fetch the phone and sent it back to Samsung self, you can honestly take that phone and do with it what you want. Never been more disappointed

Really the worst service ever!!! I will never use them in my life again. Been waiting for my pets food since last week, parcel has been in PTA since the 2nd of July but still not delivered. What they sell on their website and the service you actually get are 2 different things. And then you pay for service....what service ???? Very disappointed 😞 I pay R25 less with courier guy and get the parcel the next day, like I said what they sell and what you get.. False advertising
