This would be the last complaint I make in order to give FNB time to respond, my next would be approaching the ombudsman. I have temp loans for the amounts of R2299, 6207 and 7880 all still reflecting on my credit profile. These are from 2025. I have requested paid up letter so I can dispute the with Experian, but to date I have received now, even after explaining everything telephonically too. REF:7222832NF Please can get this answer today.
I don't like bad reviews, but I review my experiences so that businesses can learn as consumers pay a lot of money for a services that should be worth it. . I try and support where I can, but not getting the same service back is sad. On Friday 24th April I had my nails done: Soak off R80 Gel Tips R290, French Tip R50 Nail Art R50 Toes R130 Plus tip - This was already R650. I opted to leave out another Colour I wanted as that would've been another R100. Today is Wednesday 29th April and I already lost 2 nails. 1 when click my car key button and 2 when scratching my leg. I enquired about a fix and its gonna cost me R100. I don't have a problem, with how the tech did my nails, but to have 2 nails break and then it not being covered in the 7 day policy is a *******. If I asked for a complete new set I wouldve understand, but to fix the nails that broke after 5 days is a bit sad.
We have this gap cover for the last at least 4 years this would be the first time claiming a mere R1800 and it still in process. I am receiving countless emails from the Dr to pay them, but I m waiting on Stratum to pay me first. I will be moving my business elsewhere.
My last loan with Wonga was March 2020, to date my profile says Loan application unavailable Unfortunately due to your previous loan application behaviour, we are unable to assist you at this time. I understand, my circumstance were different in 2020 and so many other different people have lost their jobs and couldn't pay their account, but 6 years later and you are still blocked. In the mean time, my financial circumstances have changed yet, Wonga keeps you to your circumstance of 6 years ago. All good :-)
On 02 February I sent through an email asking you to update my credit profile. To date there are 3 loans which has been paid in full still reflecting on my profile which totals to R16385. This seriously affects my credit profile. You are quick to update bureau when a payment is missed, but 2 months later after enquiring about debts that has has been made off more than 3 months and you cannot update the bureau. Please sort this out today.
Dear FNB Please update my credit profile with payments made and accounts closed. Just as quick as you report overdue accounts, you can update the system. Accounts: 1008965684 - closed July 25 1008965684 - closed Oct 25 1008965684 - closed Dec 25 - pass the 30day mark This totals R16385 on my profile which affects my affordability.

First of all I don't agree with your automated system of transferring monies from ones debit card to ones credit card because its over the limit, despite paying the monthly installment. I have a black suite account Apperently for the more benefits you get, but a Credit card with a limit of R750 , yes R750 which you refuse to increase, no matter how many times I try, and banking fees which total 536. Its over the limit because of your banking feeI just moved my salary back to Discovery and already you are reminding me why i left in the first place. If the only benefit is priority boarding then it surely not worth paying the fees, what even is Vitality money that I pay 101 for? I already have vitality with my medical aid, seems like I am paying for all these so called benefits I don't see happening, yet Discovery promises you a bed full of roses. Discovery is literally taking the bread from once mouth to feed themselves!
Whilst i understand the reasoning behind it and trying to protect the consumer, you really need to think of another way verifying purchases. So many times i have been needing to use my card online, or in store and it gets declined as the purcashe needs to be verified online. Some people dont just inline shopping or needing to pit in petrol between 9 amd 5. I am so over it and will closing my account as i cannot have a card i cannot rely on when i neednit most
I opened a Credit card almost 2 month ago. I received 1x Amex Card, however on my App there were 2x Amex card as well as a Mastercard loaded. I cancelled the one Amex card and to date have not received a Mastercard despite following up numerous times. I can only see the cards on my app but not the account and transactions that goes off. I cannot access any statements as none is available, yet there is money deducted but I don't know for what. I am tired of following up on this!! I will have to close this account as fast as I opened it as the service is terrible
