Went to pick n pay express at BP greenstone and wanted to buy a 1voucher, the cashiers gave me attitude and told me they do not sell it. My question is why is this specific pick n pay not selling something that other pick n pay stores sell?
We went to Markham greenstone shopping center and we met with a guy called Felo who gave us a very bad attitude and no service. He shouted at me and my pregnant wife and even when his colleagues reprimanded him, he continued shouting. He even said we are behaving like white people, we complain too much. This was pure ****** coz he made us feel like we are not entitled to complain coz we are black.
I bought 500MB at 8am and it was finished at 9:30am, I then bought 1.5Gig 9:48 and it was also finished at 10:20. This is ******** and exploitation
My emergency top up is only up to R30 but every time I put airtime it's gone. I put R100 but my airtime balance came up as zero, added R50bbutvthe results were the same. Their customer service is non functional
Worst bank ever, they do not value their customers, most people around me have been ****med by capitec. Run while you can
My account was hacked and my whole. Salary was ******, capitec asked me to open a case with the police and I did so and submitted the case number to they. I have been reaching out to them about the progress of me getting my money back but the keep telling me they are waiting for response from Discovery bank but when contact Discovery they deny contact with capitec. I've been with capitec for 12 years now and I've been hacked 3 time and never got my money. I still remain loyal but they do not appreciate my long years of loyalty.
****med by their customers but the refuse to return the money that went into their bank. I struggling and can't pay anything as I was ****med my whole salary. Discovery bank is a ****mer tolerant bank.
I was ****med by discovery clients who accessed my account and deposited money to discovery bank accounts. I then reached out to discovery for help but no one seems to care
MFC claim that they help with arrangements but they actually ignore their clients and also do not care what their ratings are o this platform. My account is in their collection department and assigned to a Aphane. You never get hold of her and even if you request a call back she never calls I made an arrangement on the 5th of October but today they are denying everything.
I've been trying to get my tax certificate for the past six months to submit to SARS but no one is willing to assist me and SARS penalize me every month
