Unresolved Payment Errors
Unresolved Payment Errors & Locked Account To the Management Team, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a total failure of service. My account is currently completely unusable, and your teams have failed to resolve a critical issue first reported last Thursday. The Facts: The Issue: Since last Thursday, the app and terminals have repeatedly thrown error messages when I attempt to make a critical settlement payment. No Resolution: Despite visiting the branch twice. Blocked Account: I am now completely locked out and cannot use my account at all.Being passed from pillar to post while my financial arrangements are disrupted is entirely unacceptable. I require the following actions immediately today: Unblock my account so it is fully functional. Call Center Failures: I have wasted significant airtime hanging on the line trying to speak to a manager. Have a senior manager contact me directly on the number below to confirm this is resolved. AWESOME SERVICE.
Hi firstly this company is new to me before and Hollard insurance should be included into this review because they service was awesome and delivered according to their promises. Going back to Dotsure firstly time for waiting on the phone was very short and i was speaking to a consultant by the name of Acona he assisted me but our line got disconnected. He went the extra mile to call me and to conclude my equery. Thank you for that.
