Good Day I am so frausted as I am taken pillar to post when I ordered the loop I was told within 3 working days and when I call today to follow up no knows when I am getting my loop each person gives me their own time frame from 3 days to 7 days and 5 days. I need my loop delivered if this is the service I am getting before I even get delivery of my loop it's poor service

We have no internet connection from yesterday at 12:00 I work from home and relay very much on wifi just like everybody else in the world _ I sent a email to surf 4 life enquirying as what's the issue what's the ETA _only to be responded by Khaya who disregarded my frustration that I could no longer get any work done to tell me that there is no way I can get any service provider who will guarantee 100 uptime of wifi which that email raised red flags as to dismissing my Complaint and justifying their technical issues. I was even forced to return work during that and then we pay for wifi every month what are we then paying for???
I am so annoyed buy Discovery Bank I have used this bank for years now and have never encountered this problem. I called today to enquire why has my refund not been allocated to my account I am told I will have to get a Auth letter from the company that did the refund and I need my money. This is so ***********!!!
The service received from Llewellyn excellent he is a let out multitask accommodate and attend to all customers making us feel welcome _ the customer service he brings out is excellent and that type of service makes us wanting to come back more
I would like to thank Outsurance for not giving up in calling me as there were times Outsurance called and I was hisy_The lady who called me Nthabiseng was very caring over the line as we discussed the policy and members to add fir funeral cover, she made jokes, asked relevant questions and engaged with me alot. Her professionalism assures me that I have made the right decision in taking my funeral cover with Outsurance
I went to Netcare gardens to get a thumb spica for my husband, and I was told to got the other side by a clicks lady, I then went only to go to the click pharmacy at the back, but I greeted and explained to the lady what I was looking for and she told me to go back to clicks to que and I told her numerous times at clicks they told me to come this side as they don't keep thumb spica she still insisted I go back to clicks, when I got there I qued again and when I got to the counter I was told again that they don't keep those I then told the lady that Lucky told me to come here again and she said she wasn't supposed to tell u that and where I need to get the thumb spica they closed today I wasted a whole 2 hours being there just to be told that it's closed. Luck failed to tell me that and even after she saw I was irritated she still failed to apologize, the type of service she gave me was that of a person who doesn't care yet she works with people. Incompetencent service she need to be trained how to assist people and change her attitude. I don't recommend people using the Netcare pharmacy at Garden city it's the worst.
I am. Not happy with service received from pick n Pay as I have been waiting on my refund of items I complaint about. The service received is bad the driver arrived at my Complex and decided to not bring my items to do the door I had to fetch them down stairs. As the items were heavy a si was alone and have a infant I picked up one item went up to drop off in my apartment when I returned the driver was gone and my items were not there is this the service you provide to your customers
I keep calling absa investment but my call keeps getting cut when a agent has to pick up. The first call was picked up but as the agent was sending me a code call dropped and she did not even try to call me back. I need my funds transfered back into my account.
Gct system for electricity and water is the worst system created ever, I don't understand why Rental places use their system for tenants. A Month for just electricity where we rent is literally R2000, we pay more then what a person for electricity should be paying. It's not even a full house, their system is a ****, the charges are ridiculous every time u load light u are charged just for loading. Many of us from East on 82 Rental Apartments are forced to switch of of our geysers to try save electricity but still we pay alot of money. Worse wors system ever for electricity we are being ******. When I first moved here in 2021 for the whole month it was R1000 it's 2025 and it's 1000 more. And my family we only just 3. This is the reason that makes people move out of this place. I would not recommend companies to use GCT control for electricity
