Dissapointed at the Bennet Read sold at Makro
I bought a bennet read apliance at Makro centurion ,it was faulty when i took it in for repairs i was told to take it to Tevo directly and i took it there ,it was still under warranty,Tevo took the item and called me to acknowledge receipt and that it is indeed faulty and they will order a part to replace it,they will give me a call once it is received ,that was it ,now i go check why are they not calling me after such a long time, im told items not collected after 3 months get destroyed ,how ill i know i am supposed to collect when no one called me.

WORST SERVICE RECEIVE ON FACTORY FAULT ITEM I BOUGHT,I LOST MY MONEY
THE WORST SERVICE THAT SHOCKED ME ,NO FEEDBACK FROM TEVO NOW IM TOLD MY BENNET READ ITEM I TOOK IN FOR REPAIRS IS DESTROYED BECAUSE I DID NOT COLLECT IT,NO ONE CALLED ME FOR COLLECTION ,I ONLY RECEIVED A CALL ONCE TELLING ME THAT THEY ACKNOWLEGE RECEIPT AND THEY SEE THAT ITS A FACTORY FAULT,A PART WILL BE ORDERED AND THEY WILL TELL ME ONCE IT IS RECEIVE ,NOW IM TOLD I MY MONEY IS GONE JUST LIKE THAT

First for women always got my back ,I had a hustle free experience when claiming for my damaged fridge and printer,I was so amazed at how quick Amando assisted with my claim,it was not my first time claiming even with my vehicles not one claim was rejected I feel safe with 1st for women they really put women first...keep up the good work 💪🏾

Fake furniture
Pathetic service you will receive there ,I bought a bed under warranty...it's broken been waiting 4 months for it to get fixed.

I would like to thank Cashbuild Dwaarsloop for the exceptional service I received,special thanks to Vuyo,I met Vuyo when was clueless,tired and close to giving up with quotations because of the poor service I received from the hardwares in the sourounding, vuyo could see I do not understand what I was buying,he schooled me and made sure I buy the right things ,from that day I stopped comparing prices and I am buying everything from cashbuild no matter the price,my double storey house Is almost finished ,all because cashbuild dwaarsloop has been of great assistance, Thank you Vuyo and the staff as a whole, I Always feel welcome in the store ,because of all your willingness to assist ,keep up the good work.
