if there was anything less than 1 star i would have given them that. The first mistake was them doing an inventory for me over the phone on the inventory Tendai missed my TV stand he did send the inventory to my mail for me to verify however it went to my Junk i didn't see and he didn't tell me that he sent me an e-mail like he did with the jot form which surprisingly didn't go to the Junk mail. My move was flexi meaning they could come anytime but i just told him to tell me when they are coming so that i can prepare Tandai called me the morning to tell me they are coming i didnt have a problem with that because i had already prepared myself the next thing they come with a truck so full that there was no space for my things guys if i have to compare the service i got from Biddulph's to what they gave me they gave me trash my things were forced int the truck they took the beds out and threw them on top of the truck imagine professional movers doing that the truck was full but i was like arg it is a crawling business obviously let me work with them i told them to leave some of my boxes because there was no where they could fit so i asked them to take the TV stand they did not put on the inventory you would think i am lying if i told you this people charged me a 3500 for that i didnt have that much i also felt that since this is all not my fault i don't need to pay. people listen Tandai will beg you before the whole transaction once he has your deposit his tone changes i thought i was careful because i saw a review where they didn't want to deliver for this one lady bcoz they claimed that her area was dangerous as if they didn't know where they were supposed to deliver so this guy is not as sweet as he is before he gets your deposit he kept calling me until i dropped the fone on his ear bcoz he wanted money that i didn't have and kept threatening to charge me standing fees Moral of the story moving is already frustrating so if you want more frustration move with them they are unprofessional The tall guy that was moving my things has a an attitude and he stinks bad which i also found unhygienic i had to throw the glass i gave him water in .
the people of wildX are e first encounter was with the Atlantis WildX where i bought a ticket on hyperli i called them to make a booking everything was going well untill i mentioned that i will be using a Hyperli voucher then they told me they dont have any availability for rides wity Hyperli vouchers then they persuaded us skelem i guess they are not making sales now they are phishing for people to add more money and ride at normal price that was fine because i could still cancel everything The worse happened when we booked at sedge field i called them on the 11/04/25 i explained that i want to buy with the entertainer the lady said that is not a problem she sent me a link to do the booking i didn't do it because i saw that they don't get fully booked on the 20/04/2025 i sent a whatsapp again when we got there we got to a old white person that appeared to already be ****** for the first time he mentioned that if you want to use the entertainer we need to book prior so i asked him to show us how to do that because when you buy on the entertainer you need to put in a pin from the merchant he also didnt know we spoke to the lady that was there who gave us the number of the boss which happened to be the number of the person i have been communicating with the lady told me the same story of booking prior and i asked her if she knew that is how things are done why didn't she say she said i never, told her that i am buying with entertainer when i tried to remind her she dropped the call such lies from an adult person their business is goner get worse its not possible to succed on other people tears
I took a Nova 8 contract at MTN November 2021 in 2022 I was called by an MTN agent offering me bundles contract which she said it is 89 for 10 gig and 50 minutes in total I was paying 471 to MTN 2023. November the contract came to an end December 2023 my bill was 251 I didn't understand why because I was now expecting to pay 89 for bundles but I didn't follow up as I thought I'm maybe paying something I don't know I thought it would only be for that month January I'm getting a bill n it is still saying R251 I call MTN they say I'm paying for two Sim cards the lady was telling me about a 2 gig and 25 minutes contract I have which I don't know about I explained to her I don't know about two gig she dropped the fone.
I had bought a new hunday CRETA and it had a sign that shows flat Tyres I took it to hunday belville I was assisted by Yonele Gwadiso and the other guy I forgot his name they were so helpful and they managed to remove the sign which I felt was the safety risk Thank you Yonela and your team keep up the good work.
A mistake happened when i opened a funeral cover with old mutual the D.O.B of the now deceased was incorrectly cuptured no one noticed that untill now when its claim time i submitted the claim on WhatsApp i waited the 48 hours no money came i received a massage that says i need to uplod doc i uploded the required information after 48 hours there was no money in the bank i then went to the branch the lady told me to go make an affidavit i did ahe submitted the affidavid and asked me to wait 48 hours i did she then called me and asked that i go to home affairs to go verify the dead i did at home affairs they told me a death cert is a verification of the dead there is nothing more they can do for me i went back to old mutual the consulted couldnt tell me what was exactly needed from me he called the branch manager who then called the contact center the person at contact centwr said he is escalating the matter for immediate attention that was a week back nothing has happened i went bacl to the branch they suggested i put in a new claim i did so they told me to wait 48 hour its been 72 hkurs im still waiting so a claim that was supposed to take 48 hkurs have not been paid in two weeks im so dissapointed in old mutual. I need help how can i claim n be heard also if i call the old mutual center they ask if im calling from the branch or if im a client if i say im a client then im goner hold for ever.
I bought a phone at MTN in Sonkring the name of the service agent was Igshaan igshaan the advert stated that the fone come with 20 gig start up bundle but I didn't receive the start up bundles I called igshaan he informed me that I must wait 14 days if I haven't received the bundles I must call him again I was confused bcoz it's supposed to be start upi called igshaan after 14 days he told me that I read the ad wrong it is utube bundles I said ohk then send the utube bundles I haven't received nothing till date
My contract ended in December I was under the impression that I need to cancel my contract 3 months before it ends so I called vodacom they said they will send me a SmS and an email which I'm still waiting for so the mail was supposed to be proof that the contract has ended I went to vodacom they told me the don't cancel contracts at the store I need to call I explained that I have already called so they said no I must call again 30 days before the contract expires I called 30 days they told me about the SmS again I waited closer to the day when my contract would have been due I called coz I hadn't received the SmS so the lady told me that the number is prepaid meaning that contract has been terminated I was happy end of December vodacom debited me I called them I was surprised the lady was so sorry she said she will discontinue the contract immediately n today I am getting a statement vodacom will debit me for Jan I'm in tears kanti what am I supposed to do to get rid of Vodacom
I bought a pair of shoes at TFG online in December 2020 I cancelled the order before it reached me so they promised to reload my egift card wich was the method of.payment I used.till date I have been calling talking to different people to no success
