Shocking service !!!!!
The Service is terrible , i placed an order online that showed in stock ,however i only received a partial shipment of this order . However after almost three weeks of waiting i followed up only to find out the order was not really placed yet they "held" the money from my account. I have yet to receive feedback on what's going on this. this is terrible and shocking service that customers must follow up.

Service Department is a JOKE
Poor service department, Will never use this dealership again. Sent my car in for faulty clutch ,Bunch of parts was changed and the problems still persists. Now they refuse to assist.

Poor Customer service
Service is poor , I have been following up numerous times with an agent however you struggle even to get a reply . Sub standard service delivery.

Unimpressed
Waste of money , I am told after cracking my screen that i will have to wait 5 to 7 days to get an outcome from the assessment,As they must collect the device first .This will likely take two weeks to get resolved .I always ensured i was insured as it negates the risk of going without ,The rate you guys work i might as well just go and purchase another device .I have dealt with "regular " insurance companies and i was up and running within a day or two. To think i was planning to move my car across to pineapple .God forbid i maybe a month without transport. I will take my macbook and Iphone insurance elsewhere next month .

Will never recommend !Dishonest sales consultants , I have sat on the phone during the course of two days confirming car insurance .Only to be called by another department to confirm a few details ,And now all of a sudden the premium goes up . All information was supplied correctly to the sales consultant in the beginning ,However it appears it wasn't captured properly .And important information was left out .Now we have to waste time repeating ourselves and get done by because they have already debited by account . Get the business by all means ,Even if it means lying .
