I have my account and they still cut my line i even sent proof of payment as was paid on time and they still come back and say turn around time is 48 hours even though the fault is on them Bad bad bad
NEDBANK waste of time and *********** They card machine gives issues from there side then transaction go thought as aprroved and i have a slip proof as well and email them 3 days went by they promise ecery time in hour thry will give feedback but no one comes back just to name a few Nazreen Golaam and as for my business banker Sayed Sheriff Uddinhe says he cant do anything because its not his department , but what is he there for because i get a large amount of money paid to them as fees and transaction until now still no feed back and no money reflecting rediculous
i have order some parcels and buffalo used dpd laser as the carrier and they the worst company they have received the parcels 3 weeks and they still say that its ready for pick up they never picked up but buffalo confirmed the pick up when i called again 2 minutes later the so called agent that takes 25minute to answer says it will be delivered as they have it and 6 days later still no delivery and not even out on delivery. DONT EVER USE THEM
Buys parts from spare shops and returns with no reason all made up stories just to try to find the problem for now I think...so when buying cars from him just make sure his cars are in order ...not only for a short time.
I purchased a few pairs of sneakers not long ago when I got home I discovered that one of the pairs was 2 left so I call the store spoke to a person Thomas he didn't even make an effort because when I told him that I have 2 left foots he straight said that we out of stock ob that tekkie then I ask him to double check because I'm sure when we fitted there was a pair left and right he only then asked me for a model number and when I gave whats on the receipt of THEres he said that it not the style number after 20 mins of hessels I eventually got to speak to the superior as he said Named Sarah which I think was worst then the worker Thomas... No help what so ever only says we must get to the bottom of this like she was schooled to only say that. because when I asked her a simple question like can u check on the system if that style was bought from someone that same day so we can see if the right side is still in store she said that the system can't check that...I ask if Nike is so big store but don't even have a proper system that can check what was sold... c'mon I said all she said u wana fight and being a manager or supervisor.... DROPPED the call PERThatic for a store called NIKE
I have a business and I use Nedbank as my banker I have encountered to many problems with false promises. 1 they charge me a monthly fee and its paid on time I have a merchant Device with them and few weeks back I told them the device gives me issues and no network most of the time they sent a technician out and also was not in the specific time allocated .. few weeks later after replacing the machine the chip reader stop's working I call in the center again they promise me technician Will come in 24 hour's the technicians arrived 2days later then they specified time he comes and reallocate a new machine according to them he basically just leaves and this machine is worst then the previous machine it doesn't swipe nor insert and I am left in dark because I'm losing sales and they promise me today they will sort it out but nothing again. Pathatic service
I have helped this company lethal force Riaz with some items for there vehcles and I gave them on trust that they will come and pay as per Riaz and until today even on a voice clip I promise he would come and pay and its 2 weeks and nothing happened I call and all that happens is I'm ignores . really this is supposed to be a sucurity company and we need to realy on them if they do this to people
I have installed few years back internet at my place since then I have been billed double and I only use one line. 2nd thing Last week I applied for a new fiber line at my different place they came out did the installation and since we that day either the home or the business side works and every day I call in they incompetent staff fix one line and the other drops.
Adt has been a very useless company 1stly u bridged the contact when this service was offer in the contract was never advised that i will be charged for come out every time the alarm activates, 2nd since i installed this system it never works every time it activates on its own and i am charged for it without my consent. the technician came out on the second month stating that its a faulty alarm that u people installed and booked a reinstallation which never happened since . over 6 months i am been charged. worst ever alarm company i dealt with.
Hi there I have had an issue with my Fibre and I called telkom fault line 5days back I was given a ref no and no one had attended to the problem I called again on Tuesday and gave the ref the lady said that no allocation was on the ref and issued another ref again no one attended to the problem late Wednesday afternoon Ia technician came and had a look stating that they gona come Thursday morning by 10 am I will be sorted until now Friday still No one has came and still left unattended. Is this how a big company like telkom deals with customers every time I call in to complain they now cut me off or use excuse they work from home so they can't do anything it's about the 20th call made and still nothing it's redeculous we pay for a service that we cannot use especially being a business.
