Beginning stages after registering you win, however, the winnings do stop! I've played probly around (estimating) 15-20k and have literally won not even 7k in total. I don't even want to deposit anymore as i know i won't win anything, its as if they are pushing you toward playing tables when my interest is jn slots!
Rediculous Pathetic Service and they deliver my stock worth R12000 to someone else and deliver to some dog chains!!! When phoning in each person pretends to not understand when I tell them they have switched my package with someone elses!! How hard can if be to understand? You cannot get through to a Manager or even to anyone save enough or capable enough to assist!!! Absolutely PATHETIC!!
Facebook keeps disabling my account due toncommunity standards being reported!! 4 accounts now! I can see who reported me and one of the individuals is my hisband and another is my Group. Now firstly, neither one would obviously be reporting my posts and secondly, there is no way to appeal!! I have to create all adverts over and over again and then my account gets disabled again! This is Sooo frustrating!
HORRIFIC HORRIFIC HORRIFIC!! We opened a Business account with Mercantile Bank and noticed now that since March they have been "reserving funds" and then taking double amount off of our account at later dates and they are saying that the funds were on hold!! We purchase product from overseas as well as pay Customs prior to any product or package being released and CUSTOMS WILL NOT RELEASE A PACKAGE IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECIEVED!!!!! So the FUNDS WERE NOT ON HOLD AS CUSTOMS HAVE RELEASED ALL OF THESE PACKAGES meaning that THEY HAD RECEIVED PAYMENT ON THAT DATE, Yet, Capitec is now deduction those amounts months later!! They are *****ing our money in Plain sight and then have the odasity to want proof from us!! Unacceptable and disgusting!! 2 days since the last we phoned after them to follow up and they do not bother to get back to us!! I am afraid that with this happening our business is at a HUGE LOSS!! We cannot afford this!
I ordered the incorrect item being a net instead of a trampoline as was my intention I have been trying to apply for a refund without success and no one even gets back to me anymore. I guess the payment has been made and so no one cares. This is bad bad customer.er service and I Will NOT purchase from Snatcher again
Totally pathetic!! So not only do they make their money on utilizing seller's enquiries airtime by making you hold each time you phone. But then they go and block seller's accounts due to security breach because a family member also has a bidorbuy account!! No only are their terms and conditions illegal, but also totally unethical as they expect me to phone my whole family to make sure that whatever I want to sell through my account is not maybe being sold by a family member!! How ridiculous!! I would not recommend bidorbuy platform TO ANYONE!! Not only extremely time consuming, but expecting me to further go around wasting money on airtime in order to phone family members whom I possibly have not spoken to for years to find out what they are selling on their bidorbuy account!! I am so extremely angry and I want to take matters further.
Outsurance canceled my insurance and then reinstated it with a double installment. Cunning..... 1. I never asked for my insurance to be canceled or reinstated. 2. The one consultant who actually bothered contacting me advised that the wrong vehicle was attached to my insurance. 3. He could not advise as to why my premium had doubled, 4. I want all the months installments where my own vehicle was not covered to be refunded and I want a new quotation which I probly will not accept. Now they have removed all my details from my app. Asif I do not have hard copies, come on. I will not be held liable for any theft or damages to the vehicle whilst this query is being investigated, if they are even bothering as no one gets back to me. Talk about bad service Delivery and out right dishonesty!!

Except this time I actually stood and called them from the ATM and had to give them the ATM nr. Now I see sudden once off transactions going off of my account to ABSA & STD Bank accounts. I just want my money! Reverse the fees and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE close my accounts. This is all I beg for. I already have another bank account where my money is safe from you, so I beg. Please Nedbank....Don make me wait 3 months for this query to be resolved. Get back to me as I am tired of being ignored by you and just give back my money and close my accounts.
