Good day. After numerous attempts to get feedback from the electricity department of Uitenhage I have received no response. Attached are the email thread. Dear Cashbuild Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint concerning the appalling level of service I received at your Uitenhage branch today, October 26, 2025. At approximately 13:33, I arrived at the branch to find that only one of the three roller doors was open. I proceeded to the entrance, which was also open, and informed the staff member, Christopher, that I would only require a few minutes. Despite the store’s advertised closing time of 14:00, Christopher responded in an exceptionally rude and dismissive manner, without greeting stating that I should have arrived earlier. His tone was arrogant and unprofessional, and his behavior was entirely inappropriate. Although another staff member, a well-mannered gentleman with glasses, assisted me in a professional manner, the incident with Christopher left me extremely dissatisfied. I made it clear to the staff member that I would be escalating the matter to head office, as I find it unacceptable for a customer to be treated in such a condescending and disrespectful manner. As a loyal customer of Cashbuild, I expect a high standard of service and professionalism, which was egregiously lacking in this instance. This incident reflects poorly on the reputation of Cashbuild and raises concerns about the level of training and customer care provided at this branch. I trust that this matter will be thoroughly investigated, and I expect to hear back from you regarding the steps being taken to address the behavior of the staff involved. Good day. I emailed the municipality regarding our street lights being out of order for the past 5 months. Since 13/09/2024 when this was logged nothing has been done. This is a security risk as the whole street is dark and makes it so much easier for people to break in without being seen.
I am highly disgusted in the level of service I’ve been receiving from Vodacom. After placing a order from the vodabucks department for a smart watch on the 27th of November 2020 and paying it. No one can give me an answer as to why I haven’t received it. After multiple phone calls and emails, I’m still not getting answers! Does it really take almost 4 months to deliver a watch?
