Gateway branch of game - I had taken back a faulty vacuum cleaner and Mbali helped me and got me refunded - she was very pleasant - greeted me and went out of her way to help me Please thank her

staff disinterest
Musgrave center shop - all serving staff are disinterested in helping you - they pretend not to see you and reluctantly help you with a sigh when you get their attention - it seems it's a huge hardship for them all to help the customer

Excellent Service from Shariska
I went in to purchase a cell phone cover, and the assistant Shariska explained that they no longer made covers for the S23+. She then kindly took us to a kiosk in the passage that might have one. She was so helpful, pleasant, and truly went out of her way to assist us. Shariska is a real bonus to the company, and her excellent customer service deserves recognition.

I have had excellent assistance from Ntandoyenkosi at first national bank in Musgrave center - he showed such patience and sorted out my problem - this is at least the 3 time he has helped me with a query, and he has always been polite and helpful - he is an assist to your bank

Unreliable service
I had notification that the parcel would be delivered on the 8th Jan before 5 pm - waited all day and the guy never came. I then had another notification to say the parcel would arrive on the 9th before 5 PM .He arrived and i asked him what happened - he said the other guy was swamped and couldn't make it , the company would have known this and i should have been advised .its unrealistic to send a message the day before a parcel arrives ,it gives me no time to change my plans ,The courier was a very polite nice guy

Excellent service
I went to the crazy store in westwood mall looking for a stress ball - Both guys greeted me as i walked in and asked if they could help me and the guy took me to the stress ***** and show them all to me and how they worked -such a pleasure to have someone greet you with a smile and so helpful - the guy at the till was equally as pleaant

Lethargic service all round
Really lethargic service from the lady in the spice section - I was the only customer, and she was so reluctant to help me and then the lady at the till kept me waiting while she had her conversation with their security lady
