Aramax dragging their feet,poor service delivery

Poor customer service
Bought electric 4 glass plate stove, the stove has been working well for the past week after installation, suddenly after 2 weeks I saw a Crack in the middle of the stove from the begging to the end. It broke my heart to think the money I worked hard for just went down the drain. It's not even a month and this is the result I get, it's a Defy brand and I am so disappointed. Poorest service
It is over 3 weeks I got an accident. My car was towed to Auto magic panel beaters and miway sent an assesor from another panel beater to where my car is. The outcome I got from Vongani Mashimbyi is right off because of the estimation of the prices, my husband asked him why didn't they take quatation from Auto magic because it is less than what the other panel beater gave them he said he will look into it its been weeks without hearing from him, we left messages, emails and nothing. We do not want anything anymore, we just want miway to give us the cover amount of our vihicle and we will fix it ourselves. End of the story!

Poor service to the people
I have send the claim with all requested documents last week on 27 of July. I had to go and borrow money to help with funeral arrangements cause payment was not made to me as they promised when joining the policy of saying 24hours. I have called and no body is picking up my calls. On top of that when you claim they say they deduct 40% of the amount and another 300 for immediate transfer. This absolutely shameful of such scheme that Rob people at day light. Policy is paid accordingly every month yet all sorts of stories when the money has to be paid. Policy no RB124180/ML32963RB

Spin to win is a scam
Checkers extra savings spin to win play mind games with customers. I win 500 voucher in the spin to win when I try to use it at Rustenburg mall I was told it is invalid I need a reference number. How do I get a reference when I had a voucher number with me. The ground manager Kgaugelo ended taking the voucher number to enquire up to this day I have not got any feedback. This is playing with customers with spend lots and lots of money every day buying in your stores and that's a thank you, you give people?
