Their tracking does not get updated and my parcel has been at their store for over a week, When I enquire Phumza says it is in transit to Northwest and when it is initiated they will advise. That was 4 days ago. I am still waiting
I invested on a 5 year fixed deposit. expiring date was 19 August 2024. I went to the bank twice prior to the maturing date to arrange for the money to be paid into my Nedbank account. On 21 August I again went to African Bank to enquire about the pay out as I did not receive the money. After a battle with them and their head office , they promised the payout. They informed me that I would only receive it in another 5 days as they cannot do a instant pay. I find that very disappointing as I do instant paying often.
I ordered a Optimate 6 charger for my son for Christmas. When he opened it , it was incomplete and marked as such on the box. The charger was also faulty. ( did not work. ) We sent an e-mail on 27 December and phoned on 28 December. We were promised a replacement within 48 hours. Since then we have inquired several times and only received promises. My wife cannot go anywhere because she has to be at home to wait for the courier. It is now 3 weeks and still waiting. Request no 2112372. Order no. MAK 3374985. Good morning. I ordered a laptop from takealot. On the website they quoted 5 to 7 days delivery. After I placed my order and paid, they said delivery only after 18 days. I tried to cancel the order, but they refused. Had I known that I would have to wait 18 days I would not have ordered. Regards Willem

My wife has a policy with Sanlam which matured and we have been trying for 2 months to get it paid out. We have been to their offices twice, phoned twice and sent 3 e-mails but get no response
I ordered 6 battery balancers last week. Total cost R6911.11 They confirmed the order and promised delivery on Monday. Instead of receiving my order on Monday, I received an e-mail Monday requesting an additional payment of R250 before delivery Is this a scam ?
