Thank you to COJ for the initiative of Debt Rehabilitation, however it is a system that gives no relief at all. As a customer it was "light at the end of tunnel" with the initiative assisting us getting back on track. We submitted our application in January and have tried numerous times to get an update with no response /updates. Can someone from COJ please advise how does one get an update.

We have been trying to make a payment arrangement on our bond account since 10th November, every time i call 0861 222 272, I am told that there is nothing noted on the system. After numerous calls and numerous emails I have sent and received replies from ABSA. We are trying to be proactive and wanted to make an arrangement but we are just not getting the help, Why ????

Flora Centre branch, I am absolutely appalled by the size of the " LARGE" Nacho Loaded Cheese fries, this was more like a kids size side. I wanted the loaded cheese bomb large fries on promo for R35, this is not what I got. I have a photo and receipt for this purchase should you require it. Do better
My order is late. Call Centre is a waste time, hold on for so long. MRP can do better with communication if order are delayed.
Hi, I am A 1st year student and was donated with a few books towards my studies, however I was now advised that it is Compulsory to buy the books I need from Wize Books which is R3780. I find this so unfair, because I am a 1st year student and find this to be so unfair

I purchased a shower mixer, when i opened the box, the shower arm, faucet and base was there but the shower handle was missing. Im fuming, because I paid for next day delivery and this has no delyaed my installation. Very very very disappointed
