The Craft home team has been hands home from the moment I walked in to view the place up until I moved in. Micheal van Straten ensured the process was smooth and was always willing to provide the necessary support and information as and when required. The support didn’t end when I moved in, but once I submitted my snags list, Pleasure and his team were quick to respond. They were very attentive and patient when I was taking them through the issues and assured me that everything will be sorted out, which gave me comfort. Pleasure always ensured he communicated on time to schedule time for him and his team to start doing their work and they would ensure that I am satisfied with their work prior to them leaving. They were very responsive, professional and friendly at all times. They fixed all the issues effectively and efficiently. Thank you to the Craft Homes team.
Telkom has the worst service, so on 22 May 2025, my accounts were suspended, I called customer care to understand what the situation was and they advised that I had exceeded my credit limit by R214. I paid the amount to get resolve this but it has been a week now since my lines have been suspended. What’s infuriating is the fact that they allow customers to exceed that said credit limit and don’t bother notifying the customer about it then go on and suspend lines. I called in this morning 29 May to find out why my lines were still suspended and all I got told was that they received my payments last week already and that my lines haven’t been fixed because of their system issues. This is such an inconvenience! They’re so quick to suspend your lines but drag their feet when they have to restore your network!
