I wanted to share my appreciation for Zayd, the agent who supported me throughout this entire process. From the start, Zayd was consistently professional, responsive, and understanding. He guided me through the application process, addressed issues related to settlement cracks in the unit that resulted from the building being recently constructed, and followed through on every commitment he made. He’s proven to be reliable and true to his word. Beyond the administrative side, Zayd also provided practical advice on handling sensitive neighbor situations and was quick to assist with maintenance concerns in my unit. His support has made it genuinely easy and comfortable to stay here. Agents like Zayd make a significant difference to the tenant experience. I’m grateful for his help and professionalism throughout. I had a great experience working with craft homes and Zayd, throughout my apartment application and moving process. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. He made the entire application process smooth and stress-free, always keeping me updated and assisting whenever I had questions or concerns. What stood out most was his responsiveness and willingness to help with the issues I raised when I initially moved into the apartment. He handled everything efficiently and made sure my concerns were acknowledged and resolved as quickly as possible. Overall, the service I received was excellent, and I truly appreciate the support and professionalism Zayd showed throughout the entire process. The Craft home team has been hands home from the moment I walked in to view the place up until I moved in. Micheal van Straten ensured the process was smooth and was always willing to provide the necessary support and information as and when required. The support didn’t end when I moved in, but once I submitted my snags list, Pleasure and his team were quick to respond. They were very attentive and patient when I was taking them through the issues and assured me that everything will be sorted out, which gave me comfort. Pleasure always ensured he communicated on time to schedule time for him and his team to start doing their work and they would ensure that I am satisfied with their work prior to them leaving. They were very responsive, professional and friendly at all times. They fixed all the issues effectively and efficiently. Thank you to the Craft Homes team.

Thank you Craft Homes for such a smooth and professional service in helping us purchase our new home. Our agent Christo was extremely helpful and professional during the process, he really went above and beyond his normal duties. From the very beginning, he has been very prompt with communication, has kept us updated throughout the entire process. He has been a problem solver, has availed himself even at moments where it may not always be convenient for him and he has been quick with responses and calls even after his hours of duty. We didn’t just have an agent helping us purchase our home and finish with the transaction we had a friend who held our hand throughout the process. Christo thank you for the awesome service, it was a delight working with you.

Logged a snags call with Craft Homes for Olea View apartments. Alfred and William were sent through to fix all the cracks, damp issues and unfinished work. They did such a splendid job, addressed all the issues I had and did not even complain when I picked up on more issues along the way. They also took their time, making sure that each issue has been attended to in its entirety. I would definitely recommend these two gentlemen, amazing work!
