The Craft home team has been hands home from the moment I walked in to view the place up until I moved in. Micheal van Straten ensured the process was smooth and was always willing to provide the necessary support and information as and when required. The support didn’t end when I moved in, but once I submitted my snags list, Pleasure and his team were quick to respond. They were very attentive and patient when I was taking them through the issues and assured me that everything will be sorted out, which gave me comfort. Pleasure always ensured he communicated on time to schedule time for him and his team to start doing their work and they would ensure that I am satisfied with their work prior to them leaving.
