Hellopeter used to be independent and unbiased but they have been captured by big business interests and are basically looking after their interests. Forget about posting negative reviews that show a company in a bad light. They just get blocked.
Athletics sports attire was ordered from this company. For an athletics nationals event in Nelspruit. After one excuse after another, non of which were actually true. The kit was delivered two weeks after the event. Thanks for nothing. Our Down Syndrome athletes were bitterly disappointed. Then to add to their incompetence the incorrect sizes were delivered. This company is a disgrace and does not deserve to be in business. They blatantly **** about delivery. Use them at your own peril. They are the epitome of uselessness. Money well and truly wasted.
We were at Cradle Moon today, 8 April. It was a complete disaster. Tried to go for a canoe ride. There was one guy trying to "manage" this activity. Was completely disorganised and a comedy of errors to watch. He was out of his depth. Retrieved canoes brought them to the jetty only for them to float away while he helped so people into a paddle boat. Then had to retrieve them again. This scene play itself out several times. Had no lines to secure them to jetty. Definitely needed more help. After a hour and a half were no closer to being assisted. So we left. The ablution facilities at the dam / restaurant are inadequate. Obscene long line at restaurant, staff seemed to be running around like headless chickens. Seriously where was management ?? Decided to leave the facility only to find that some unthinking *****s had parked us in at the bottom parking area and we could not get out. No one was managing the parking area of course. So what was supposed to be a nice day out was a terrible an most unsatisfying experience. Basically was ****** of the R200 entrance fee we paid because got less than nothing out of the experience
Just recently approached this company . So far have been impressed with the interaction experienced. Hope the process continues on this positive trajectory. Will come back here and up date this review once contract is signed installation is done and the proposed system is operational.
I've been a fan of Ryobi and their machines for a long time. Always got great service and fair prices for repairs and new purchases. BUT... Recently brought in a brush cutter for repair as it would not start as a result of fuel flooding. After got a assessment for the repair. Was told that a piston , debris and heat shield , spark plug etc all need replacing because of damage due to incorrect fuel mix? When queried how this damage related to the problem I brought it in for ? Have still not had a believable technical response. Have tried with several mails to get a answer. The spark plug I replaced myself just recently. The fuel mix story is a a fabrication. i mix the fuel myself using their measuring container. Very disappointing.!!
Visited this Portuguese restaurant recently, with my family and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly the ambiance was also pleasant. If have one negative comment then service was not the fastest. BUT when our order arrived it was fantastic an well worth it. Was one of the best meals have had. Don't tell my wife :) Will definitely be going back soon. Thanks guys keep it up.
I do repairs and maintenance. A customer of mine required replacement locks for their cash drawers. After trying several suppliers none of which were helpful at all. They expected me to replace the whole drawer??? Then approached GAAP. They, and in particular Shirley Coburn, were helpful and were able to supply me with the replacement locks. Thanks guys
Been struggling for over 2 weeks now with poor download speed. Supposed to have at least 6Mbs but only on average have a third of that. The speed is all over the place. they just keep telling me that from their side the speed is ok ??? But when do the test they recommend its nowhere near the speed I'm supposed to have. Was working fine until about two weeks ago so not sure what's changed? I'm seriously disillusioned with them. They've been fairly good in the past?
Went for the first time to Reliable bolt on Terrace road Edenvale on Monday morning. On the recommendation of a friend. Was pleasantly surprized by the service I got. They appear to have a very extensive range of not only fasteners. Will certainly be back. Thanks and well done guys.
The customer service one gets from this bank is F****** appalling. They very quick to be on ones case if you are late with a repayment. But try and get anything you want. You pay exorbitant fees for being treated like dirt. When you call you end up hang on the line for a unacceptable length of time. (20 min this morning). Then when some minion eventually answers , working from home, the quality is horrendous. Have had occasion that the person was trying to talk to sounded like they were on the toilet, with children in the back ground and a TV. This is the level of professionalism we are pay for? Must say find it hard to take them seriously when they come across as a bunch of armatures. Been with STD Bank for over 40 years, they've never been great but they really pathetic now.
