Absolutely worse courier to use is GFS Express. Their customer service staff have no idea where packages are and seem to give random answers just to end the conversation. To make things worse, they send **** delivery updates claiming “delivery failed” or “could not contact customer” when they never even called or arrived at my place of work which has 247 reception on duty. Completely dishonest service. I honestly don’t understand why TEMU use such a poor courier company that clearly does not care about customers or accountability. NO ANSWERS TO MESSAGES AND EMAILS EITHER. Things I ordered will now be so late that I will return all of it.
They are *****ing our hard earned money. Ordered stuff from Shein to the value of R1800. Apparently my package was spot checked and I had to send all proof of purchase and payments to them. After about two weeks I received an invoice for R1700 for customs duty and penalty fees and VAT. Now they are threatening to mark it as abandoned and I will loose the things I already paid for. So what happens to the (abandoned) items? They are *****ing it!!!! How can this be? Its *****! How can we address this with law enforcement as they are just as useless.
Ordered a package through new balance SA. Was shipped on the 28/11 and estimated date of delivery was 02/12/2024. Tracking still shows the same without any delivery. Sent an email 5/12/2024 and Siphokazi said he referred it to management to trace package. Again sent an email on 09/12/2024 got the same lame response that it was referred. Still no answer or feedback and have to now leave on holiday without my shoes. Service is poor and no updates or getting through to their telephone lines. They obviously lost my package and is stalling.
Terrible service. After I ordered and paid online, I was informed that the item is no longer in stock. I was offered a coupon or online credit to buy something else or a refund. I opted for the coupon but no coupon yet and no replies to my email. No one ever answers the phone no provided. DONT BUY FROM THEM
Always helpful and great service. A great variety of shops to use.
In October 2020 I placed an order with Homechoice. After terrible service I decided to cancel my order. I have since received a statement with arrear amount and interest charged for items that I have never received. I have sent numerous emails and made calls, but the problem is not being resolved. It has been 3 months and still the charges is on my account. Received a Ref no for the 10th complaint logged with no answers yet. In the mean time this non payment of goods not received is showing adversely on my credit record and no one at Homechoice is taking any responsibility for this error on their side.
