These guys are useless and quite possible *******. I purchased shoes a few months ago and the stitching came loose, i contacted them and eventually they came to collect, and now silence.... no response nothing, What is strange is that this brand name product was sent to CHINA MALL in Crown Mines when they collected. At what point does this become THEFT?

These guys are useless and quite possible *******. Completely useless customer service. I was sent the completely wrong item, I notified them the next day and within another day they sent a courier to collect the incorrect item. Then crickets. They said they were looking into it and would get back to me. Once again nothing. Tried calling any emailing. I would dealing with someone call Zinhle. She really should not be doing customer support as she offers no support at all. Still waiting to be contacted on when I will received the item I paid for.

I am so fed up with this company. It is my second time having this company treat me in this manner after giving them another chance since I always had great service from them. I ordered 3 items. One arrived in the wrong size. It was picked up quickly and sent back to them. Corresponded with customer service and was told they do not have the size I ordered. I was told I have the choice of a refund or choose another item but would not receive the discounts I received on my first purchase which I thought was totally unfair. This whole situation took a month to resolve which was ridiculous due to lack luster communication from their side. They seriously need to improve their stock availability.

The worst customer service ever received , I ordered a rash vest in nov it came in early dec I immediately emailed them for a size exchange to date I am still waiting for this item to be picked up they have been telling me a courier is coming for 3 weeks already nobody has come I needed the item for the 3rd , nobody picks up a phone to call and apologise it’s almost as if this is normal customer service at boardriders infant they should have long ago allowed us to charge in store this mess would have been avoided I am so annoyed

I ordered 4 T-Shirts on 24 November 2025. I received 1 T-Shirt on 5 December 2025. I immediately sent an e-mail to [email protected]. They requested that I should order 3 other T-Shirts - which I did the same day. After no response, I mailed again on 10 December 2025 - no response. I forwarded the same mail on 11 December 2025 and got a response that request will be attended to in 24 - 72 hours!!
