Completely useless customer service. I was sent the completely wrong item, I notified them the next day and within another day they sent a courier to collect the incorrect item. Then crickets. They said they were looking into it and would get back to me. Once again nothing. Tried calling any emailing. I would dealing with someone call Zinhle. She really should not be doing customer support as she offers no support at all. Still waiting to be contacted on when I will received the item I paid for.
I have just signed up with Dotsure so I cannot comment on the actual products and claim process for my pets but I was dealt with in a very professional manner by Marizel Bernardo. Everything was clearly communicated to me and I was gotten back to promptly, giving me more confidence over the competitors.
Tried to get a tumble dryer repaired. They collected it, said they would revert with costs to repair as it needed a pc board, then just never heard from them again. No matter how many times we called they said they would call us back but never did. Finally went to social media and contacted Samsung and miraculously I was called a few hours later to say the part had arrived and they where ready to deliver. The cost of repair almost doubled before they would return it. This took almost 3 months. Incredible. Why would Samsung use them as their repair agents. The owner really didnt seem to care.
