These guys are useless and quite possible *******. I purchased shoes a few months ago and the stitching came loose, i contacted them and eventually they came to collect, and now silence.... no response nothing, What is strange is that this brand name product was sent to CHINA MALL in Crown Mines when they collected. At what point does this become THEFT?
First I want to say that since I became a subscriber about 6 months ago I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE STATEMENT. This month my service was suddenly suspended WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. Which is highly unprofessional. Firstly I don't stare at my bank statements permanently and was unaware that my debit order failed. I am willing to pay a double payment month end . I mean really how do they expect someone to pay mid month once they cut off your service WITHOUT NOTICE PRIOR NOTICE do they expect me to KAK out money from nowhere?At leat if I received a warning I could have made a plan. I requested that my service be reconnected since I was not informed and on the basis that I want to make an arrangement to make a double payment month end but they refuse to. I feel it is the least that they can do for not informing me before disconnection. Everything is we are sorry our systems migrated. I openly say I will make a double payment. If you reconnect immediately Or prove that you are unwilling to do so. OR DOES YOUR IDIOTIC NEW SYSTEM NOT ALLOW IT also please send me statements (All statements from inception)
on the 21st of march my father who is very ill contacted the call center to cancel his account upon they informed him that it must be in writing. Of which he sent a letter the following day to request his account be cancelled with immediate effect. Earlier this month he received a statement informing him that his Debit order was unsuccessful and that his account is now handed over for legal action. He has more than enough funds available for the Debit order and how can they take legal action for missing a payment with less than a month?<br> He then called them again where he was suddenly informed that there is a 30 day notice period he was not informed of the first time. He was also informed that the account is handed over and that he must speak to a person in their legal department by the name of Mashudu who is constantly unavailable and he even left mesages on her voice mail for a call back. He then tried calling the numbers of the 3rd party collection agency NuDebt Management that informed him they are unable to locate the account and that we must contact Altech Netstar Directly. over and over we are being told the same story by both parties. is this how you treat the sick & elderly
