This organisation misleads customers , I managed to speak to one of their agents , she tried her best to assist but I have not received the money they debited from my account , I think Ombuds should look at such businessess that works with no intergrity .
So we don't have electricity since Friday the 18th of March 2022, We have been trying our best to call and get the ref numbers from Ekurhulen Call center (Ref 0903/2022/0319 and 0903/2022/0319) so managed to get this two Ref numbers but the who are supposed help us just come and seat in the truck, Do nothing then go back so today I called again and spoke to Zanele Nzimande ( Consultant ), Mashanki ( Consultant ) and Grace ( Team Leader) so they assured us that buy 17:00hrs today our Electricity will be fine @DA and @EFF Please intervene as we are being failed by these lazy people who are supposed to be helping the Community but clearly doing nothing but getting paid every month from our Tax money. Zulu Technician from Germiston please do what you getting paid to do and stop wasting the resources of the community.
We went to serve a Notice at Germiston Golden Walk Standard Bank in our Club account, The Bank has incompetent Consultants, The lady that was helping us told us lies and said that should we request a statement of our club account they charge us and none is allowed take money cash we should all open account with her and on top of everything when we served the notice we were short wi R63000.00 from the amount we were supposed to receive thanks to Standard Bank in Bedford view for helping us .
I am so disappointed with this bank,I bought airtime for R200 on the 18th of December 2020 they gave me the call reference number(79068849) because they were investigating until now no one has bothered to come back to me and I need that money, I no longer want their airtime ,I just want my money ,They are ****in scammers.
