You'd swear DirectAxis trains their employees to be persistently annoying. Whats the point of POPPIA if these people don't know how to take " I am not interested in a loan or an offer, please remove me" Can someone from your company please remove me from your system and put me on the DO NOT CONTACT LIST. No wonder people HATE banks and insurance companies in this country.
Again I have to take time out of my day to address a simple issue with my bank. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LEARN WHAT GREAT SERVICE IS. I had asked for my Credit Protect policy to be cancelled which took pretty much 6 Months to achieve. I have now been completely ignored for the refund of MY money FNB just kept deducting. I WANT MY REFUND I WAS PROMISED!!!
Once AGAIN!!... I have been emailing back and forth with FNB and on calls for hours with their staff. 4 months in and no where near my issue being resolved. I have asked FNB to please cancel my CPP ( Client Protection Plan) and every month they confirm it's cancelled but every month they will deduct the money from my account. I WANT A REFUND OF MY MONEY. Why can't you as a bank just do what you say you going to do.

Worst service in the world. How do you guys win any awards with this level of incompetence. Ive been a client of your bank for 10 years and this is how you treat customers. I wish there was a minus rating to rate you because of how poor you are as a service provider. Not one of your agents know anything about the business or where to direct you. You really need to come right.
Terrible business model. This company has the worst experience. Almost every single time I have booked a trip and chosen an option the drivers on that option take forever to arrive that they force you to either cancel from your side. It basically forces you to choose a higher option and by the time you have gone back to rebook all the prices have increased. The cars that you then get which are from the higher option are in **** poor condition. You as a company need to do a better job at allowing the drivers to just do what they want. You need to have a better system to check that these cars are up to standard and making sure it’s a suitable environment for YOUR client. Have literally spent thousands of rands with your company in the past few months and there is ZERO value for money in the product you provide. Disgusted in your company and it’s values.
I would just like to give thanks where its due. I had an amazing service experience with Alizonia Jantjies from the Face 2 Face sales consultant department. Very professional and awesome interaction with her. She is definitely an asset to the company.
Absolutely terrible service from Miway Insurance. Not only do they harass you and phone you continuously throughout the day they also just lie and give terrible service. An advisor called me to do a quote but also promised me R400 if they could not beat my premium. The quote came out R2000 more than what I am paying and I followed the prompts to upload my current schedule but I get no response for over a week and Have been trying to follow up. Thanks for for nothing Miway.
Whats the point of having insurance if they take so long to review your claim that you end up fixing the damages yourself. Signing up to Pineapple they make it such a pleasure and ask you to please review them so that they seem like an amazing business but the truth is that the after sale service is atrocious. You can't get a hold of anyone and they literally take nearly 2 weeks to asses minor damages on a vehicle. Trying to even initiate a claim with them is an issue as that alone takes 3 days. absolutely disgusted with their poor service. If you trying to change up the insurance industry and be more efficient this is not the way to be going about it, get your act together Pineapple.
