I ordered via Mr D.. the chicken was burnt and chips was stale, when I called, they said I should take it up with mr d and not them.
I have a mtn superflex plan. I'm paying R299 per month, the plan includes unlimited calls. For the past week, I am unable to make any calls from my mtn superflex plan. I called the call centre, hoping they could assist me with this problem, the agent stated that, she can't help me as they have not received any training for the superflex plans. She wanted me email [email protected], but that email address does not exist. I then sent an email to customer care. I received an automated response but till now, no agent has contacted me nor has anyone responded to my email. Is no one willing to assist me with this problem??? I'm paying for unlimited calls but unable to make a single call! Very disappointed
Absolute disappointment! Rude and arrogant manager!! We purchased cheese burger and 1/4 chicken meal yesterday only to get food poisoning thereafter, called to inform but met with the most rudest manager. Telling me it's impossible that mochachos gave my family food poisoning when that's the only meat they had! Had the nerve to say report it to who ever I want! No ethics or way of talking to customers!
The worse night-time after care! Worse then government hospitals Went for 2major surgeries, jaw replacement and hand surgery,one immediately after the other. I got sick,vomitting but no nurse wanted to help. When I asked for help,response was I got 2 hands. Other time they would ignore me and only come when my neighbor called.. would not recommend this hospitals after care.. no compassion or heart
Really bad experience.. Fish was overcooked and hard Prawns was dry My mum and I both had an allergic reaction,to which our bodies started to itch Hubby on the other hand has been suffering with nausea Ocean basket mall of africa
Please don't ever buy a gyser from this company. The guarantee they offer is a lie. I have a 5 year guarantee on the gyser. After 3 years it burst. I called kwikot for the guarantee. The plumber came out. His inspection shows that the gyser burst through no fault of ours. I have him on video as well as documentation to prove this. He called kwikot, this is when the plumber was told the guarantee is void. The plumber was shocked and that's the reason he allowed me to make a video of him stating that there is nothing wrong on my side. He explained that this not the first time this company has done this. Infact it's quite common. And there is nothing we can do to seek recourse. They can void your warranty at there own discretion. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the installation of the gyser. The plumber further explained that the other companies do not do this as he is contracted to all of them.
I received a call from telkom centurion,on the 10th February 2022,to collect my cellphone,that was ordered and ready for collection On arrival,I met with Sibu who,instructed me,that the phone was ready for collection,however the free gift was not available at the moment and that I should return the following week. I,then returned today(17th February), only to find out, Sibu is no longer working there,nor did she leave my "gift". The floor manager was so rude,refused to help in anyway,she called Sibu and says I should have been there yesterday and now they cant helo me,but noone called me to inform me. They also refused to let me speak to her.
I went for a surgery in January 2022. The medical aid did not pay the full amount, when I spoke to them,medical aid advised me to get a motivational letter from the surgeon which I supplied the medical aid 2weeks ago with a reference 8628685849. I called a week later,spoke to Malusi reference number 8672688608,he told me they haven't done any assessment. I called them today and still nothing. I'm getting repeated calls from the hospital asking for the payment.
The worse experience Can never get through to anyone via the office nor the email. My parcel is suppose to arrive but haven't received it yet. I don't know what else to do,how do I get a refund?? Or even get someone to speak to.?? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
We placed an order at 18:35,it's now 19:55 and pizza arrives,ice cold. We tried calling them 3times only to get the call centre to transfer our call and for it to get cut. Absolute ridiculous ?
