The service is outrageously appalling. My son ordered from superbalist... The first parcel was returned without even a single attempt to deliver. He ordered the same goods again... he received an email that says his parcel was delivered. ... whereas there was no attempt to deliver AGAIN. We have been calling eversince... they tell us they can see the parcel is not delivered yet.. they will follow up and get back to us. Until today... they never did... whne we called them yesterday they said it will be out for delivery today. It's almost 5pm... no parcel has been delivered... not even a call with the intention to deliver. What kind of service is this?
Worst courier company ever. My parcel is still stuck on their watehouse in JHB since 18 October. Called more than 10 times. Am taken from post to pillar. They even accused another courier company whereas they still have my parcel. One rude consultant told me that they will return my parcel to Temu.... why, when there has not been an attempt to deliver it to me. Temu should stop using this company or they will lose customers.
I app**** for a month to month router from MTN last year. On June 13 it stopped working and I called MTN to report it. All the remedies they tried and asked me to try were fruitless. Ultimately I took it to the MTN shop for testing.... apparently the fault was with the router.... so I had to take it in for repairs in July. It came back beginning of August... still the same problem. I called them and they told me to take it in for repairs AGAIN... That was not an option for me so I took it back to the store on 15 August for cancellation. The issue now is my refund for the debit orders they never failed to deduct from me.... 15 June (for July) and 15 July (for August) because they refunded me the payment for 15 August. I made several calls today, being taken from poster to pillar... Phoned Mtn, they said i should talk to Mondo because the only have the 15 Aug debit order(didn't even know what mondo is because I app**** at mtn). Called Mondo they said the router was in use in July... I told them in July the router was with repairs.... they said I should call repairs, so that they can rectify the matter... I called repairs... was passed around and after talking to about 3 people at repairs, this last one refused to take responsibility for the use at repairs. Am highly disappointed I feel likel they are all playing me like a ball. I'm the one who is supposed to run around now for my money. I guess they do this to people so that they can get tired and not receive their money back. These are **** tendencies MTN, please I need my money back.... I worked hard for it.
Last week I reported the bad service at.my local Ackermans shop. I also reported the matter via the company website. They notified that they have escalated the matter. This week I recieved a friendly call from my local Ackermans.... to come and get my refund. Thank you Head Office for keeping your branches in check. It is much appreciated! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
On 13 Aug I purchased a mifi router from ackermans, I was told it came with 20GB, 10gb anytime and 10gb night time. I never received the 20Gb I was promised and on 23 Aug we decided to return it because of the false advertising, they refused to give us our money back. We wrote immediately to Ackermans via their website, and we received a response, via email, on 24 August that they will escalate the matter, but up until now we have not received any response. Am highly disappointed and I want my money back please this is daylight ******* and ****mish. You cant promise something and not deliver on it.
Am disappointed with Capitec for approving a debicheck mandate on my account without my consent. I did not approve any Debicheck from Platinum Life, I completely refused it. and yet I received an sms from Capitec for a debicheck mandate that I did not approve. Aren't you suppose to be protecting your clients? Very disappointed.
I made a death claim on Tuesday. It was supposedly approved the same day. But up until this moment there is no payment on my account. I have been calling... and escalations have been supposedly been made.... It is Friday 1.30pm and the funeral is tomorrow. I still need to pay the undertakers.... How do I deal with this? On top of my circumstance... I have to deal with this too.... This is too much!!

I placed an order online.... Was told I would receive an email once the order is despatched... 4 days later... nothing.... I called.... I was told to phone the following Monday... i e. 9 days later. That Monday I called.... and was told... they do not have a shoe size for one of the items in ordered... Note: when I ordered the size was available and no one called to tell me otherwise.... I had to waste my airtime snd call them in order to know that.... 9 days later. I then decided to cancel the order because someone should have called me sooner and not wait for me to call ... I was then told my refund was processed and it shall take 2 to 5 working days.... Today is day 6.... have not received my refund. Their service sucks big time.... not ordering from them ever again.
