Two weeks ago they took my documents to trade in my 2 cars.. tht I bought from them last year . Since then . No response when I sms or call them they don't respond. I'm not happy because they have told me if it's successful or not. Unlike ignore my calls. On whatsapp. They've responded for the first time. This time not at all.
I'm using Telkom on my phone to . yesterday I bought data for R9 for 1 hour I received an SMS to confirm it but it didn't work. Today again in the morning I bought one of for 1day .it send sms to confirm is not working they just take money. My number is 0614535708 for Telkom.
I wrote you about the complaint that they didn't want to refund ABSA. But soon after that they responded. And paid up the refund for ABSA they sent also the proof of payment. They said was a misunderstanding.thank you Hello Peter.
They are very expensive. When they see that you desperate especially when they see that you buying a car by that moment. They will ask you how km you driving per month. What's tht question
I like their service is excellent. The guy Mohammed I give him 10/10 Talk nicely with his clients. If you need help. he jump fast .when I did the trade in with them their treatment was superb. I advise people to go buy their car.the standard of their car👌🏿
I called and ask them to reduce my premium they did reduce it
The Rosella at Brooklyn Mall is one of my favourite clothing boutique stores. I shop there quite often. On 23 June 2023, I had a pleasant shopping experience and I was assisted well by the store manager. I went again on 27 June to purchase pants and the experience was the total opposite. The pants I wanted to purchase were marked down but the sales lady by the name of Tumi claimed the item wasn't on sale even though the tag was marked down. When I enquired about the tag and what she was saying she proceeded to raise her voice at me and started shouting. Even after the manager was called she proceeded to be rude and crass and spoke I'll about her manager while at the same time shouting at me. A buying customer.
I went there to reverse my money of which was debited on my account. Because it was more than R200 I decided to go inside the bank .the Lady called Ms Seloane she kept us on que was difficult for her to help us.heni asked her why she kept us waiting not helping us she said is helping lotof people.. then after she said I must wait for someone to helped since I was complaining.there was no long queue is just she don't like helping people who doesn't know computer. And it was for the second time she is doing that. She will leave on a laptop you will see what to do. She's not patience. At Quagga mall and other bank the can help you. Other FNb Branch
Last month I called telling that I'm trading in my car. I'm buying the new car so I wanted to continue with them. The consultant did the application for my new car . She said I will pay the new installment of R2600 I cried to her saying the big car I was paying R2100 .she said will ask the manager to give me the discount.the guy called said they are reducing the price to R2200 I agreed. On the 26th I was surprised when they debited the money we didn't agree about of R4400.and it declined. I called them they said are opening the case cause the first consultant did not cancel the old car of which they debited the R500 from.they said will send the complain to the manager then they send me other contract with another high installment I did not know of R3000 when I asked Lindo other consultant he said he will talk to the manager.he will come back to me. Up until now I'm waiting and what makes me sad is when he said next debit they will debit the R3000and something of which I did not discuss with the or agree with them. I so frustration Reason I did the trade in I was trying to reduce installment of my first car because it was big. I trusted momentum but they disappointed me
