I purchased Lacoste sneakers from the official online store (Order #23130). Within approximately 6 months, the sole started separating due to what is clearly a manufacturing defect (glue failure). I reported the issue on 4 October and followed up, but I have still not received a proper resolution. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this directly with Lacoste customer service, the matter remains unresolved months later. As a paying customer, I expected better product quality and after-sales support from a premium brand. I am now forced to escalate this issue further due to the lack of response and resolution. I am requesting either a replacement or refund in line with consumer protection standards in South Africa.

The agent was amazing and he said he will forward me a link where I could get money as well
I have had two payments being taken from my bank account today, my online banking usually ask me do i authorise payments for online or any card purchases. It never asked me for that option where it usually ask me to do it. I was scammed and my bank has not had safety measures in place. It was the last cash i had and now i have to wait 5 working days for a outcome from customer service tbey said they locked it but no refunds or anything. I am distgusted by the service i received my bank supposed to ask me if i do authorize payments and they have not
I bought a pair of nike air force 1 University red i told the female at the store that the glue has a bad quality then she told me if it comes loose i can return it, after having the shoes and wearing it on weekends the glue came loose 14 days after the 6 month end period. They store told me that the 6 months period has passed and i am not happy as i paid R1600 which is alot of money for shoes that has a deffect and it came loose
