My mom was ****med by a consultant from Emerald Life, who promised her free groceries. I called Emeral Life and was informed that they require an affidavit, a bank statement, and a copy of her ID to cancel the policy. We submitted these documents via WhatsApp, but we did not receive any acknowledgment of receipt. When my mom called today, she was told to wait 14 days for a callback. This situation is concerning, particularly for a pensioner who has been ****med and lives on her pension fund.

My ID number is 7506180309081 I applied for a credit card online 2 weeks ago and it was approved, I was informed to collect my card at Maponya Mall I went there last week Sunday and a consultant who assisted me told me that there was an error message he cannot issue me with the card that day, he informed me that he will call during this week for a feedback which he never did, I called on Thursday he told me the error is still there... I called again today for a feedback htold me that he needs to issue me with another card but I need to reapply, he did and he came back and told me that my application was declined and he has escalated to the relevant department to appeal still no feedback, please assist how can an application be approved and then be declined after you were informed to collect a card

I bought a washing machine cash at Protea Glen branch om the 30th of July. And it is still not delivered.... I have been calling and calling and being told different stories. Only today I was only told that it is out of stock even with their suppliers and I asked for a refund and they told me I need to give them to raise that money as they don't it in store... Please help with my refund I don't want their machine anymore
