Order #2001551884 I've always upheld nespresso to the outmost and planned one day to buy few items from them. Of which i eventually did. I had to make a number of follow up as i had not received delivery confirmation since the day off purchase and that was the start of the shift of my perception of them. When i finally received my parcel after no delivery confirmation was sent,the courier driver just poped up at my place if residence,i found that the package box appeared to have been tempered with and only the travel mug had been delivered, i have communicated the issue with nespresso,no feedback has been received from nespresso. The courier track number is not even listed on the courier website. It is a let down to have to be one who has to make constant follow up with nespresso. In my view nespresso is way behind with their online purchase delivery processes. They lack communication. Can i please get feedback on the way forward regarding the missing item.
SCAM ALERT!!! They will mess up your delivery address on purpose so that they won't deliver. You will do your own follow ups just to find out when is the possible date for your parcel. They will lie and promise delivery, but not show up. Their tracking online portal is designed to confuse you, nothing makes sense with this company really. As I'm still waiting for my delivery.
On quest to have my fibre contact cancelled,, the billing department has opened another account for R4055 with no indication what it is for, on top of that I'm still paying off the cancelled fibre which I have made use of since month of January, all of this reflects badly on my ITC profile.
