Rotting bread before expiry dates
I bought two loaves Albany bakeries bread from checkers hartswater. And before the expiry date, both loaves smells rotten, with strong fermentation smell. For which the bread was stored in a cool, dry and dark cupboard, but still rotted. My assumptions is that their expiry dates are over reaching or over extended pass the actual shelf life of the bread. And it has happened like this several times. Which makes me question their integrity. They have a superior taste and quality but I just have to move from their ************* practices, if that is the case. Because I had to throw away that bread, which I bought with money several times.

Customer service refusal
Kfc taung, has no management because employees do not aim to serve customers with customer service and convince. When you get to the till point they direct to the self service terminal. Which does not have option to customize an order. Was sent back to the till point, in my observation the cashiers self serve themselves convince that is meant for the customer. Managers send shift supervisors to attend to complaints that requires them. They don't take the running of the store serious.

Dishonest employees
I went in store and requested that I don't want to pay for anything out of my pocket but everything should be paid by the medical aid as a condition. The lady requested my medical aid card and gave it to her check on the computer and after checking she said everything is clear we can proceed. Though she explained that there would be a limit on the frame and it was not a problem for me as long as I am not making any payment from my own pocket. We proceeded with the eye test, thereafter they took me to choose a frame accordingly. After all they said I must collect my glasses after two weeks. To my shock they say I must pay R2000.00 which goes against the conditions of my purchase. Spec saver cannot constitute business in dishonesty and legalise me for their dishonest employees. That is absolutely abuse and unfair business practice.

Sinister Business dealings at Capitec Bank, somebody help. Please.
Capitec is slowly but surely turning into a death sentence for a bank. They debited my acoount towards payment of my loan and then three days later I received a text stating that due to none payment of the loan my insurance was not paid. I called and eventually ended at their legal when Wesley told me the account is handed over and it's due to non payment. I have never missed a single payment on this account. Then Wesley checked and confirmed that himself. This bank is just busy trying to make a mess of and frustrate the lives of it's customers. They pride themselves as though and so pose as a financial messiah yet this is the horrific service we receive from this business. Hence I will state there must be something sinister happening at Capitec Bank, moreso when I checked some of the reviews here on hellopeter. I need answers and I need them ASAP, please.

Double dipping high interest for the risk Bourne by banking clients
Death cover Unemployment cover Disability cover Extremely high interest charges because your high risk yet you paying for the very risk yourself. In opinions banks are exploiting the poor. I need my interests to reviewed its like double dipping by this bank.

Selling Repackaged expired & soiled foods
Shoprite taung and Jan Kemp Managed by Stanley sells foods that is repackaged from their original package. Two possible reasons 1. Expired goods, where the expired date would not be affixed on the repackage food. 2. Shop soiled foods, damaged packaging. It is against the law to sell food under that practice. This shops takes advantage because the shops are in rural and mainly blacks who are ******** of such ******** acts. I reckon their Bloemfontein superiors encourages this practices, as this stores are network managed.

Worst customer service amongst cellphone networks
This company has the worst customer service ever and it's very difficult to get through to their agents. Telkom is so frustrating. What makes it even worse is that their self service is just as lousy. They are so loosing me as a customer from July when my contract ends.

This is the worst courier service ever. Shein will send through parcels in less than a week, only for this buffalo logistics to take three weeks before they can deliver. I always pay my tax and duty on time but for what??? I wish I could use a different courier service... Their consultants have no respect for customers. They are rude and will leave you very frustrated.

No extractor for kitchen
Shoprite taung has a serious disregard for its customers, the store does not have proper cook top ventilation or extraction. I have raised the issue about three years ago without any consideration. When they are cooking and frying the whole store gets filled with oil smell (worse, when they deep fry fish) that you even get to smell that way when you leave the shop. They took over the building from the previous franchise and never adjusted the cooking section according to their operations to maintain proper ventilation to extract unwanted air molecules. I reckon because we are in a rural and black area, hence we get treated with disregard. If it was in a proper urban area, the right thing would have been done. My basis is that we buy with the same money towards the profitability of shoprite. Please, find it in you to fit a proper extractor to achieve proper air quality.
