Pathetic. Useless. Worst experience of my life. Sending emails back and forth. Trash treatment of clients. After they have taken your money they couldn’t care less to assist you with queries. They have a great marketing team to make you trust their brand. When it comes to helping you they could not care less, you’re just another number to them. Utter disregard for you. I’m struggling to get any progress regarding a claim. STAY YOU AWAY, YOU WILL REGRET EVER TRUSTING DISCOVERY.
Horrific! How dare they decide to give me a SPICY fold over which I never orders. The worst part is it was not even a meal just a simple fdobwt but they decided I need a spicy one instead of the normal chicken fold over. I was so disappointed and had no way of going back as I was already on the highway on my way to Pretoria and too hungry to turn around was forced to eat that and it was a horrible experience. I’m disappointed because my receipt said nothing about SPICY FOLDOVER!!!
Hello I ordered today at 11:47 am at the Garden city Mayfair Steers. I told them that the large 500ml milkshake was off, I used my last money to call them and they promised to refund my money and I am still waiting. I am at 1 Esher street Brixton. I explained that I can’t go back to the shop as I already walked there so walking back is not an option. I can’t use more airtime and hold on the line while trying to reach them. Mediocre food, not to say the chicken wasn’t done well and tender and fresh. My only complaint is that when we eat and sit down the meat is always drenched in extra sauce. I just ordered for delivery from the same Nando’s Bryanston(Leaping frog) on William Nicol and to my disappointment not a drop of sauce in sight. Sies. I’m genuinely unimpressed. My expectations were not met. Misleading to say the least I expect the same standards whether I sit down at your restaurant or choose to order a takeaway. Maintain the same standards of expectation. Utterly disappointing.
Hello I placed an order at 1:25 my money was deducted from my account but it’s still showing as order placed hasn’t started shopping it’s almost an hour later?! Estimated time of arrival is 15:54? Pathetic service unbelievable. You’ve lost me as a customer. Never again I’m deleting your app as soon as my stuff arrives. So disappointed.
I've been trying to reach you since 31st December. I cant remove my debit information your website wont allow me and that router has been off since December please kindly assist. It's sho wing me my next debit amount of R529 is due. Im not employed at the moment how is it fair to forcefully debit me for a product i am no longer using. RAIN WIFI this feels like a scam and you do not care about your customers. This is not a debt that I have to you. I paid for what I used. So even when a person is not using your product at all. I live i a place with communal wifi its literally pointless to keep the wifi. But I was also told i only pay for what I use. So can I expect not to be debited since I am not using your product?! This is daylight robbery. RAIN wont allow me to REMOVE MY DEBIT CARD INFO ON YOUR SITE AS IF I AM FORCED TO USE YOYR PRODUCT. I am defeated. Can someone call me urgently. I do not even have any debit orders i am not behind on ANY payments in my finances and this RAIN WIFI company basically has forced me to remain on this platform whereas i have no need for your services. Shameful.
If you love your ice cold shower water, which by the way seems to function on some timetable which you never know when or how it’s going to be. Sadly having lived here the past three months I’m horrified. It’s just another level of unprofessional standards. Most upset about being charged extra for water that is never hot. So pathetic.
I’m an FNB Client and I am querying why there is a feature on my Aspire account with the small amounts of my change being “saved on my behalf” against my will and without my knowledge. I’ve enquired about that 3 MONTHS ago as to why it’s a feature and asked the banker via secure chat to remove that as the word “credit” is appearing on all my bank statements without my knowledge or permission!!!! I do not use OR need credit. Neither have submitted any application for any sort of loan product on this FNB ACCOUNT SO WHY DOES THE WORD CREDIT CONSTANTLY SHOW ON ALL MY STATEMENTS FOR THE LAST 7 months when I’ve not even been utilising any of your credit products and I have never requested to do so. I’ve never had any loan related products at FNB, nor do I have any “bad debt” I’m disturbed by this. My concern is that it may negatively impact me if I were to ever apply for any credit at a future stage in my life?! PLEASE ASSIST ME IN REMOVING THIS FEATURE. I’ve tried on my own and your app doesn’t allow me to. This is a gross violation of my right to make an informed decision. If this ever does prejudice me in ANY WAY in future I’m going to have to report this issue to the Ombudsman. For now I am seeking your urgent assistance in removing the BYC I NEVER ASKED YOU TO BANK MY CHANGE or to TYPE THE WORD CREDIT ON MY STATEMENTS AS IF I AM IN BAD DEBT. This seems harmless but I’m worried it shows me in a negative light to possible lenders and creditors in future and I’ve been managing my funds properly and don’t see this as a fair process on the part of FNB!!
Hi there I need assistance to reverse the payment of R69,99 it was a free trial that said it will debit after 7 days from today but I cancelled the subscription immediately on the same day but when I check my money it's less by R69,99 how do I dispute the transaction without my card being cancelled
Unbelievable how all the Debonairs pizza’s now just taste the same?! It’s as if they use one standard pre made base with generic ingredients and the onion is always raw. I’ve been loyal to this brand since childhood but today Debonairs pizza has lost me as a client. I’m much rather going to start supporting my local restaurants that serve us authentic fresh ingredients with their menu’s. All the pizza at Debonairs doesn’t even have enough cheese they use it so sparingly it’s hardly even visible they drench it in so much sauce( especially BBQ) don’t even get me started on the so called “Debonairs” sauce which we all know is just mayonnaise!! They use less cheese and definitely more sauce. I’ve had it with this brand. Their menu is basically one exact pizza just different sauces and swapping around a few toppings here and there. Unbelievably pathetic. Should have boycotted them after they discontinued the Meaty/Chicken Filla pizza range back in 2017. That was the last time they had good delicious pizza now I’ve lost all faith!!!
