No installation even after ive paid all the required amount! Stay away Vumatel its a ****!!!
Initial installation fee was R499.99, an agent asked me to pay that amount of which I paid. I was again asked to Pay R349 for delivery fee of which I paid. Afterwards I was asked to pay R499.99 X2 for the devices -including tv box and its power supply. The agents are Kulani BEGREAT Sithole and Mphulo Melton Munyaluku of which they claim they are affiliated with Vumatel.

Don't make mistake with your hard-earned cash for the people who don't value customer service.
I just want a refund nothing else nothing more, placed my order on the 15th of November till now I haven't received my order and worse thing I was the only one fishing for updates from them, they should just forget about being on this industry because they are acting like back door and shady company. No professionalism or whatsoever.

I’m disappointed with my MTN contract, I missed payment for July and now I’m charged R8000 for a contract that is not that much and I fail to understand how Did MTN arrive at that ridiculous amount of money Iam charged with.

Disgruntled and disappointed.
They claim to have changed my steering rack, 4 months down the line I was having problems with my steering after that they changed my wheel nuts. Just double check your vehicle components after it has been to slabbert auto repairs guys…

Warranty claim
With my unwavering support and paying my premiums without defaulting, when I have a claim to be processed they are taking me pilar to post and although I’ve already failed up their claim form they keep on asking so many things even when I’ve produced them. If I don’t follow up they don’t even bother to care to contact me notifying me about the process of my claims. I’m really disappointed in MVI Insure, but if I fail to make a payment you’ll be reminding me without a fail. Please track my claim and process it , it’s been two weeks without any progress and my car is at approved dealership as we speak. Support them at your own risk!

Disappointed
Absa activate insurance doesn’t answer their calls and I’ve got a claim that I need to register. Imagine sitting with a damaged car trying to call the insurer but not answering their phones on time, but they don’t forget to deduct my account monthly.

Absa activate car insurance is a ****!
I’ve active insurance with absa activate but last week I got an email stating that I’ve cancelled my policy of which it’s not true , however when I try to reach them I can’t get ahold of their admin, even their line doesn’t work. Imagine if I get into life threatening situation, how will I get assistance. I’ve tried several time to amend my police but without success. I’d advise people to stay away from this insurance
