I am extremely upset and disappointed with how my order has been handled. To outline the issues clearly: - The order was placed on the 13th. - On Saturday the 16th, I received two calls from the store advising that the delivery would arrive on Monday or Tuesday due to stock delays. I do not understand why the machine was listed as available on the website if there was no stock. - It is now the end of day on Wednesday, and there is still no delivery. - Since Monday, I have been receiving repeated “Out for Delivery” notifications, yet nothing has arrived. I have been stuck at home for three days waiting. I have a sewing project due tomorrow, and this delay now puts me behind with my client. - I also paid R100 for delivery, which has not been fulfilled. - I contacted the store via the chat bot and spoke to “Boitumelo,” who told me to call the courier. - The number I was given referred me to the Durban branch. - The Durban branch told me to call the driver. - The driver then told me the order is with another driver. After all these calls and all this waiting, I still have no idea where my order is or whether it is even coming. And I am just annoyed with all this running around that I now have to do

Found Cacellular to be one of the best for pricing. Yes , Takealot & Bobshop may have slightly lower prices but be aware of the sellers of grey or parallel import items. One can lose out on the phones full guarantee and updates. The cacellular sales people were quick and helpful. When there was an Internet issue effecting the payment process, the support personnel called to help. Boitumelo was very helpful , calm and talked me through the payment process. I was really impressed with the fast delivery. I ordered about 2H30 in the afternoon and they delivered 10H50 the next morning . Had a great purchase experience, definitely recommendable. Thanks Craig

I had a wonderful experience with Ca Cell when I had a claim that was processed through them from my insurance - I paid excess and the phone was delivered the same day. Thank you Cindy Walters for your professional attention to my issue, you are truly a star. CA Cell has an asset in you, please keep up the great service.

I just want a refund nothing else nothing more, placed my order on the 15th of November till now I haven't received my order and worse thing I was the only one fishing for updates from them, they should just forget about being on this industry because they are acting like back door and shady company. No professionalism or whatsoever.

📢 Complaint Title: Faulty Phone Received – No Support, Delay in Refund, and Poor Customer Service 📝 Complaint Summary: I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from both Vodacom (Brackenfell Central) and CA Cell ([email protected]) regarding a brand-new phone I ordered and received, which became unusable within less than 24 hours of use. 📆 Timeline of Events: 2 June 2025: I submitted my ID to CA Cell as requested and was told to expect delivery in 3–5 working days. 3 June 2025: I received the phone and set it up. 4 June 2025 (06:00): The phone became unresponsive — I could not enter my PIN; only incoming calls came through. 4 June 2025: CA Cell advised me to visit a Vodacom store. I went to Vodacom Brackenfell Central, where I spent nearly an hour. They were unable to assist and referred me to Canal Walk Mall. The technician declared a factory fault, and the phone needed to be booked in for 20–30 days. I requested urgent collection and refund/replacement as the device was new and essential for work and my daughter’s exam preparation. 5 June 2025: The device was collected by the courier at 14:25. 6 June – 13 June 2025: Repeated calls and emails were exchanged, and CA Cell claimed the device was in safe mode and that no fault was found, refusing a refund. 18 June 2025: I received the device again — still locked and unusable. 19 June 2025: No proper resolution offered. CA Cell continues to deny responsibility and claims the issue is user-related. 📌 My Complaint: The phone was faulty from day one — activated at 14:00, stopped working by 06:00 the next morning. No meaningful support from Vodacom Brackenfell, who referred me elsewhere. CA Cell delayed responses, shifted blame, and is now refusing a refund despite the ongoing issues. My work and family responsibilities were severely disrupted due to the lack of a working phone. ❗️ What I Expect: Immediate refund or full replacement with a new working device. Formal apology from both Vodacom and CA Cell. Reimbur*****t for the inconvenience and time wasted.

I bought a Tecno phone from CaCell last month for use in the country in West Africa where I am living as an expat. I traveled back to West Africa with the phone but when I tried to initialize the phone, it locked and told me that me that I would not be able to use it, and to take it back to the supplier. The fact that the phone is locked to the country was NOT mentioned on their website. It turns out that Tecno phones are country-locked to the country of purchase. Tecno website has a dumb complicated procedure to request unlocking but by all accounts after an extensive web search, it doesn't work in most cases. They also want an unacceptable amount of personal private information to submit with the appeal. CaCell did acknowledge my initial complaint but have since done nothing about it. They ignore email update requests, which is the only way I can contact them as I don't do Whatscr#p. The cost of sending the phone back to South Africa would exceed the value of the phone and I am not due to travel back to SA until the middle of next year. I do not recommend anyone to buy from CaCell, nor to buy Tecno and Itel products. When i do go back to SA I will be taking legal action

I would the to give a round of a plause to agent Boitumelo from CaCell that lady knows her jobs and very communicative with her customers. She assisted with my food processor when it was broken and it got fixed and everytime she kept me updated untill i got my order. Big ups Boitu...
