I am extremely upset and disappointed with how my order has been handled. To outline the issues clearly:
- The order was placed on the 13th. - On Saturday the 16th, I received two calls from the store advising that the delivery would arrive on Monday or Tuesday due to stock delays. I do not understand why the machine was listed as available on the website if there was no stock. - It is now the end of day on Wednesday, and there is still no delivery. - Since Monday, I have been receiving repeated “Out for Delivery” notifications, yet nothing has arrived. I have been stuck at home for three days waiting. I have a sewing project due tomorrow, and this delay now puts me behind with my client. - I also paid R100 for delivery, which has not been fulfilled. - I contacted the store via the chat bot and spoke to “Boitumelo,” who told me to call the courier. - The number I was given referred me to the Durban branch. - The Durban branch told me to call the driver. - The driver then told me the order is with another driver.
After all these calls and all this waiting, I still have no idea where my order is or whether it is even coming. And I am just annoyed with all this running around that I now have to do
