Extremely disappointed in Legal Leaders. I chose them because of the excellent labour law content they produce on social media so I thought they were the best choice to handle my labour matter. The whatsapp helpline seems like AI generated responses and the Workplace Protection Plan (WPP) paralegal as well as the lawyer from Moolla Attorneys did not provide a legal service to me but gave me a summary of everything I typed to them amd my case was thrown out at CCMA. I wrote to them kindly asking for assistance. Instead, I received a very long, hostile email informing me that their "staff has been instructed" not to assist me anymore and I must use the Whatsapp Helpline only. The helpline sends very AI generated-like responses. I have therefore canceled my legal leaders insurance policy. Its really sad, their advertising is very misleading. One would think that with the extremely good content published that they would handle matters professionally and with competence.
The drivers for Speedaf Mpumalanga are tge rudest, most *********** delivery personnel Ive ever encountered. Puseletso Chiloane complained to do her basic job, we just informed her that she needs to collect a access paper from reception, she complained non-stop, she kept intrusively calling even though I told her Im in a meeting and since sbe hasn't even arrived yet she should give me a few minutes. She then came out and made an entire scene at my workplace, she then shouted at me that shes angry and she was complaining that she has too many deliveries to do she can't be waiting for me, even though she didn't wait at all. I informed her I would lay a complaint because her behaviour at my workplace is unacceptable, she said I can try, there's nothing I can do to her. This is after I had a bad experience a few days prior with another driver who complained that they don't want to come to my company to deliver because they have too many deliveries, they expected me to drive out. This is a horrible courier company with the worst drivers one would find
Favourite assessment company for insurances because they are trained to say whatever you are claiming for is not covered by the insurance. There is literally nothing that they approve the insurance to fix, its always the clients responsibility. The "assessors" come with terrible attitudes and its just a waste of time because they'll write a false report that theres no valid claim.
The most useless rental agency in the Vaal. They failed to manage my property at all resulting in legal proceedings against me but made sure to take their commission every month. I have made the biggest mistake by leaving my property in their incapable hands. The whole lot of them don't care at all and never take accountability for anything. Lol the agent of the property never even bothers to sort out any issue but leaves it to secretaries who have the same attitude and unprofessionalism as their bosses. Disgusting I don't know how these people run a business.
Nedbank Middelburg Mall- extremely rude and *********** staff. They are "offline" EVERY SINGLE DAY and the ladies in front give us the wrong information every single time and are EXTREMELY rude. They want you to give them all your sensitive information and refuse to let you speak to the consultants. I am changing banks I cannot experience this every single time and they are delaying very important payments that I need to do
Waited over 2 hours for our order, their number provided on Google is incorrect so we couldn't enquire. We had to go fetch the order ourselves because the restaurant was closing even though we paid for delivery and a large driver tip, only to be given the wrong order anyway. Terribly disappointing service

Absolutely pathetic, disappointing service. Took over a month just to have a bumper replaced. Every time I called it was a different story about why the job can't be done only to find that the part they were "waiting for" that supposedly caused the delay was never even replaced, so still no answer about the terrible delay. After expediting, the vehicle was returned with shoddy workmanship and when questioned about the repairs, the Quality Control manager berated us, shouting insults and the situation got so out of control that it almost led to an altercation. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat customers. It would appear that if you're of colour, you're sure to be shown that you're not welcome at this establishment. Even worse if you're female because then you'll be bullsh*d like you won't imagine. I will never use this workshop again and will advise everyone against it. I'm truly disappointed because I had a choice of panel beaters and really had hope for DME Auto but was very sadly disappointed :(
Extremely disappointed with Discount Decor. I once had a good experience with them and now they've just ruined everything. They did not mark that the items I wanted was out of stock (other products were marked), so I ordered and paid for them. They then called me the next day trying to convince me to choose something else because they now say they're out of stock. I asked for a refund and I was assured it would be processed. It's been one month now in which I've called, emailed and texted to which I was finally answered that they would process the refund. A month later and still nothing and now nobody takes calls, my WhatsApp messages are read and unanswered and emails never get followed up. Seems like legal action is the only way to go now... They've lost a loyal customer in me... Sad :(
