Hi goodcday menbers of public Like to aware you about the *******ed sindicate MTN NETWORK is running. I bought a sim,registered and load air time. The network sloxsted a bonus of same amount i recharged. Receiced a voice xsll offering air time, follow the prompts and tham at endvi was subscibe forv40 rands a week,my bonus air time was taken. Turns out is ASSUPOL MARKETING. ASSIPOL MARKETING ARE HARRASSING WOTH CALLS HOURLY,DAYLY,MORE THAN WEEK. THE MORE I ASK TO REMOVE THE NUMBER THE MORE ARE PHONING. WHY NETWORKS ARE ALOCATNG US SUCH NUMBERS TO US? IS A BIG BULL **** HOW THEY MANIPULATE US. Maybe all tgev******* starts from buying a sim card at PEP stores.

Good day I wanna aware of the *******ed sindicate workers of mtn and *******ed network. We had 2 years contract at close to the end i started having issues conection, log with apps, data flying terrible so we decide to not upgrade at all,30 days of notice was given and they switch off my data + data i loaded personally before the 30 days. I carry on pay as you go and realised they are knocking with data or some *******ed software. I decide to get new number and was going well nkw i discovered the *******ex network registered the conteact number in my face book account where i gad vodacom number, they do changes in our personal life to ***** us. Now they deactivated the number and they ***** ys with facebook account, is our account and we pay mtn for usinv they network and not for them onwed her personal staff like face book account. They deactivate the number and give it to someone else. Impossible for us now to retrive face book account and change settings. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SPIKE CREATURES. THEY GOT A KNIFE AND CAKE IN HANDS TO DO WHAT THEY FEEL LIKE AND PROBALY UNTOUCHABLE, THEY ABOVE LAW. SP YOU CAN SEE NOW WHY OUR DATA SOMETIMEZ DON'T LAST, THEY HAVE A MANDATE TO ***** AND MILK US TOTTALY.

Telkom mobile frustating us with bad cell numbers
I good day I just wanna aware menbers of public when you buy a new TELKOM sim card and register it they alocated a cell number under DEBT REVIEW causing a dayly calls from DEBITORS COLECTORS. THEY IMPACT ME IN INTERNET NETWORK IN SOCIAL MEDIA NUMBER AS SEEN UNDER A BAD PAYER, ACCOUNTS IN ARREARS THE CALL CENTER IGNORED TOTTALY FLAT MY CALL COMPLAINING. THE HEAD OFFICE IGNORED TOTTALY FLAT MY EMAIL WITH COMPLAINT. TELKOM LANDLINE AS WELL DONE SAME TO ME,NUMBER WAS ALOCATED WITH ACCOUNTS IN ARREARS CAUSING DAYLY UNWANTED CALLS AND A LOT OF FRUSTATION TRYING TO EXPLEND THE ISSUE.EVEN END UP LOOSE MY RECHARGE AIRTIME TO DEDUCT THE ARREARS. NOW FROM TELKOM MOBILE I PHONED MBD DEBT COLECTORS,WASTING MY 45 MINUTES AIRTIME, AND TELL THEM THE NUMBER BEEN RECYCLED AND ALOCATED TO ME A 21 OF JANUARY, THEY TOTTALY IGNORED MY SAYINGS AND THEY START PHONING EVEN MORE OFTEN WITH DIFERENT NUMBERS. ONE DAY I EVEN HAD THREE CALLS. I RIGHT OFF SIM CARD,ONLY AND THE BEST THING TO STOP THIS VULTURES. REASON I DON'T WANT CONTRACTS SUFFER 2 YEARS WITH VODACOM CONTRACT WOTH NUMBER THEY ALOCATED ME ON DEBT COLECTORS REVIEW.

NOW IS CALLS AND CALLS AND PROBALY ON MY NEXT RDCHSRGE I 'M GOING TO LOOSE MY MONEY BECAUSE SIM CARD IS ON ARREARS. and debt review MBD THEY TOTALLY USELESS AND CLUE LESS TO UNDERSTAND AND REALISE THEY RECYCLE THE NUMBER AND ALOCATE IT TO ME. THIS IS INSANE WHAT THEY DO TO US THEY BUY THEY QUALIFICATIONS AND THEY NEVER LEARN HOW TO USE THEY BRAIN.

In sms says if WE WANT TO OPT OUT WE DIAL *135*181# . AND BECAUSE IS A VODACOM NUMBER I DIALED THE code, GUESS WHAT AFTER DIAL THE CODE WHAT HAPPENS? THANK YOU FOR UNLOCKED ,LIAD AND PLAY. THE NETWORK ARE MISSLEADING US AND FRUSRATING US WITH THIS ******* SYSTEM OF THEM TO ***** FROM US. I'M HAVING OTHER BIG ISSUE WITH AUR TIME ADVANCE THEY ALOCATE US WITHOUT OUT WE EVEN SEE IT AND USE IT FULL OF RED TAPES. A LOT OF PEOPKE SRE SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THIS WRONG DOINGS.

Hi good people I like to aware everyone about this vodacom network ****, *****s. I never ask anybody ever for a credit, this morning on my recharge i get a sms saying my airtime in advance be deducted on my recharge they said 3 rands i need to pay back 4.50. Now vodacom wants to BLAME someone touched my phone. The moment my data finish i received they sms strait away telling me i'm qualified for air tone advance. Now they are refusing to remove that advance saying been used already. They phone me and closed my complaint eithout fixing they mistakes When i finish my data i started using other network data.this is a dayljght ******* and a big abuse of ouf rights Is no ways of contacting the network withhout we spend our money in calls CONVENIENT **** TO INCREASE THEY PROFITS EASY. LAST YEAR AS WELL THEY CONTACT ME SAYING I'M A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 1996, SO THEY WANT ME TO PAY THEM 250 RANDS TO RECEIVED MY PRIZE. AT VODACOM THEY SAID IS A ****, BUT THEY KNEW ALL MY RELATION WITH NETWORK. INSIDE JOB TO ***** OUR MONEY.
