I am cancelling an order and Coricraft refuses instore to refund me on my credit card that I paid with. I have to provide bank details. I bought the item in the name of my business and paid with a personal credit card and they accepted it no problem. With the refund they insist on the Business Bank account. I phoned prior to going in to let them know I am cancelling and ask what documents I need. They advised me incorrectly. Now I am still waiting to be advised of correct details. The most horrible service. I cancelled the item because it was a dining room table that I was advised you can't clean with a wet cloth. What nonsense is that?

I booked flights for December that I had to cancel. I cancellled the flights an received no e-mails or refunds. Calling does not help as you just hold and hold. How to resolve - Quick to take money extremely slow on service. The call service centre just keep passing the buck - Lossie is a prime example.
In Sandton City exit onto Maude street, left hand boom does not work... This is crazy, delays everybody, the attendant does not know what to do. Skidata cancelled my card when I tried to pay for parking at Grayston shopping Centre. I went in for an operation a day later and had to rush around to be able to pay my medical bill. Almost every time I pay the, the payment procedure has to be done twice. On an amount of R10 I have to provide a PIN. This is ridiculous. It does not matter what credit card I use it is a mess.
Impossible to get help from Call Centre. They all just say it is not their job and pass you on to another Call Centre. 8 people later, 30 minutes later no solution. That is not service or help.
I applied for my business contract to be changed and supplied all requested information with zero success. I dealt with Bongile at MTHN Hyde Park who is friendly but not helpful in moving the contract forward. I escalated to MTN business and MTN fraud via e-mail with no success either. My CC fees were late but I paid same and provide evidence from CIPC to substantiate. Yet still declined for a lower amount on my contacts. I have been a client of MTN in my own or business name since 19194 with no default history on my account. I have been provided with a telephone number to call of a Credit Bureau (They do not tell me which one). Nobody answers the number provided. I left a message but no return call ensues.
