Outstanding refund from Valverde Country Hotel
Valverde Country Hotel owes us money, only R850 which we are struggling since January to be refunded. Impossible to communicate to their Accounts Department and Brenda the General Manager is not keeping her promise to refund us and it is impossible to get hold of her, she is always in meetings or not available.0 replies

Incorrect seats allocated and no answer at customer service
I booked tickets with BA Comair and pre-booked and pay extra for specific seats. At the point of check-in I was allocated different (middle) seats. When I tried to change the seats to select new seats the system kicked me out. Going back onto the check-in program we were checked in already with the incorrect seats. You cannot get hold of their customer service centre - this is shocking - absolutely no customer service. I will never book through BA Comair again.0 replies

Not possible to report a land line
Our land line is not working for months now. Nobody answers the faults reporting line. How can I resolve the problem. No customer service.0 replies

Zero service at PG Glass Stellenbosch
I fully understand that it is a difficult time now, but make sure that customers can at least get hold of you. There is no contact at the Stellenbosch Branch. I am trying now for 3 days with no luck, I have sent emails, but there is no feedback. Regards Willene0 replies
