They wont delevery your parcel, instead, they'll tell you delevery has failed, they will re attempt to delever, you wont receive any call from them, and when you try to call them... They pick up and hang up. You write an email they wont reply. Try other reliable delevery companies
I feel it's unfair treatment, yes it is my fault that I didn't realize that the debit order bounced 1 month, vodacom didn't even notify me that the payment wasn't trough... They just se t report to credit bureau that I'm. I arrears, by my understanding there are consultants that follow up on missed payments before you report to credit bureau, I only missed 1 month without any communication they just list me missed payment, it's unfair because I have never missed a single payment.
Ordered on the 4th of November, they promised to deliver my order in 14 working days. When you call them they keep saying wait for the SMS, what a bad service. Their services very poor, with staff members that don't care to follow up.

Called them to set up a settlement payment beginning of the month , they've been calling me the whole month asking me if am I sure I will settle the account, I said yes I will, the lady was so nice to me, her name is RONELL VISAGIE I paid the R3000 on Friday the 23rd in the account number they gave me, tried emailing them., whatsapping them, with no reply, I only wanted to confirm that they did receive the payment, they read my whatsap massages and dnt reply... I think I have been scammed,, mind you... They still need to refund me R300 and send me a paid up letter.. VODACOM.... you are not safe
Logged a claim 5days ago, yet Capitec claims to payout within 24 hours, so inconvenient, when you call their call center they keep telling you to wait.
Bad bad service unprofessional management, emotionally abusing children, we doing our payments online and send proof of payment to the school, the school confirms receipt of the proof, but today they're sending kids back home because they dont have hard copy of proof of payment. What happened to admin clerks? Poor management.
